Do I need to enable serial numbers somewhere in BUSY?

here's a step-by-step based on the provided solution for enabling serial number-wise details in BUSY software:
Step 1 : Start by opening the BUSY and accessing the Inventory menu. This menu found at Administration and then configuration and go to features and options to managing your inventory.
Step 2 : Within the Inventory menu, look for an option or sub-menu related to serial number tracking. It may be labeled as Serial Number wise details . Select this option to enable serial number tracking.

Does BUSY allow batch-wise serial number management for my products?

In the BUSY, batch-wise serial number management for products is not supported. This limitation arises from the fact that batch-wise details and serial number details are distinct features within BUSY, each functioning independently. While BUSY offers robust support for managing batches and serial numbers, they operate as separate entities, allowing users to efficiently track and control inventory at both batch and individual item levels. This separation ensures a more precise and flexible approach to product management, catering to diverse business needs.

How do I enter manufacturing and expiry dates for items in BUSY?

Step2: There is a possibility of stock is not available to the particular shade in BUSY, if yes then you can check the history of parameter detail
Step3: For check history of parameter then press Control+Q in the screen, specify shade number and press Ok to check history of the item parameter.

Standard model: Along with basic model feature, in standard you will get

How do I enable the batch feature in BUSY?

To enable batch feature in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Choose features and option then select inventory tab.
Step 3: Now, Enable batch wise details and click on configure tab.
Step 4: After made required configuration then save it.
Step 5: Now, Go to administration section then click on master menu and select item tab.
Step 6: Choose modify then select the required item master and enable batch wise details feature in it.

To mention sales price of parameters in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on inventory tab.
Step 3: On right side click on configure button next to the parameterized details feature.
Step 4: After opening it tick on maintain sales price then save. Now when you enter parameter details a sales price column will appear so that you can mention in it.

Will reducing expired stock via Stock General voucher impact my financial statements?

To record stock write-off for expired, damaged, or unsalable stock in BUSY, you can use the stock general voucher and Mat. Issued to party This voucher allows you to reduce the quantity of the expired or destroyed stock from your inventory. Crete one new Material center i.e. Damaged Stock and entered the destroyed stocks . By entering the relevant details such as batch number, quantity, manufacturing, and expiry date, you can accurately record and adjust your stock levels.
