To change the account group of master in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Then go to administration menu and select masters from it.
Step 3: Then select account and click on modify button then change the account group name as required.
Step 4: Lastly click on save button to save changes.

How to resolve if the value not showing same after on enter in sales in profit and loss?

To resolve the on enter mismatch amount in sales of profit and loss account in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping Menu then click on update master balance submenu
Step 3: Then click on Ok tab and wait to complete the process and after completing check the same in profit and loss account.
