How to setup users, take backups, upgrade data limit in BUSY? How to install latest version?

There are two types of users in BUSY, Superuser and Subusers. The superuser has all the rights of the company and the subuser has limited rights according to his role. A company can have only one superuser and there is no limit on subusers. Follow the steps given below to manage users in the company:-
Step 1 : Open BUSY
Step 2 : Click on Create Company under Company tab.
Step 3 : Enter details and Save
Step 4 : After Company creation a window appears to create a superuser of the company, here you can enable User Authentication Required options and create a SuperUser Name and Password.
Step 5 : Go to Administration. then User and click on Add
Step 6 : Create Sub User with given rights as per role
We can take backup and restore the same from company menu.
For Backup follow the below step
Step 1:- Go to Company menu
Step 2:- Backup data
Step 3:- Select company
Step 4:- Mention user name and password of company
Step 5:- Sepecify path for backup
Step 6:- Select financial year for backup(Single or All).
For restoring backup follow the below steps
Step 1:- Go to company menu
Step 2:- Restore data
Step 3:- Mention path for restoration
Step 4:- Click ok
If same company already exits in list of company then it will ask for rewrite backup data on existing data. Select as per need (Yes or No)

To install the latest version of BUSY, Follow the steps given below:-
Step 1 : Open BUSY 
Step 2 : Click on Check BUSY Updates option under Company Tab
Step 3 : Tick these options - Download Product Updates and Download Statutory Updates, specify Path for Download and click on Download Updates 
Step 4 : Close BUSY
Step 5 : Go to the selected path where the setup is downloaded
Step 6 : Install setup where BUSY is installed (C/BUSYwin path is default)
