Step 3: Check BUSY Updates
Step 4: Either download Full Setup & Product and Statutory Updates
Step 5: Install it in which BUSY is already installed.

You can download the BUSY setup from its official website i.e, www.busy.in . Further, If you face any problem while downloading the BUSY setup, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and fast.
Step 2: Make sure that your antivirus is not blocking the download. You can temporarily disable it and try again.
Step 3: Make sure that you have enough free space on your system drive.
Step 4: Try to download the setup from a different browser.
I am unable to access the BUSY desktop/application even after logging in. How can I resolve this?
If you are unable to access the BUSY desktop/application even after logging then refer to the steps below:
Step 1: Right Click on BUSY icon and choose Run as administrator
Step 2: Make sure you have installed the latest version of BUSY and there are no other instances showing in the control panel which belongs to old release and versions.
Step 3: Restart the System.
Step 4: If it still shows the issue, remove the setup through control panel and delete the system folder available in BUSYwin folder.
Step 5: Reinstall the setup again.
What is the recommended way to reinstall BUSY, and how do I exclude it from antivirus scans?
For BUSY reinstallation first and most important Copy your data and paste in another drive.
Step 1:- Go to control panel and unistall BUSY after data copy
Step 2:- Visit busy.in and download BUSY software from Resources and then products
Step 3:- Install BUSY in respective drive and set data path
For exclude from antivirus go to settings of antivirus and then exclue app setting then select BUSY app and save settings.
Further every antivirus have different setting so the above mention steps for exclue antivirus may differ.

Step 2 : check the extension of database files
