If you want to update BUSY with changes related to GST regulations, kindly follow the steps provided below :
Step 1: Open BUSY software
Step 2: Go to company Menu
Step 3: Click on Check BUSY Updates
Step 4: Here you can chcek latest product release and statutory release available for download
Step 5: Then click on the option Download Product Updates and Download Statutory Updates
Step 6: Then specify path for downloading the setup and click on Download Update button for start downloading, It will take few minutes to download the setup
Step 7: After a successful download, two icons will appear on the desktop.
Step 8: Then click on Product Release Setup then proceed to click on Next and install the setup.
Step 9: Then click on Product Release Setup then proceed to click on Next and install the setup
Step 10: After successful installation of the setup, BUSY has been updated successfully.
Note : Then you can generate return with no error from BUSY
What is the process to update BUSY to the newest release?
To update BUSY to the latest version, you can go to the BUSY Updates section and download the update files. The software will not update directly from version 8.2 to the latest version. You will need to download and install the update files manually.

Step 1: If you see RTE (run time error)-430 while opening BUSY, it means that you have installed the update setup in the wrong drive where BUSY is not installed. You need to install the update setup in the correct drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 2: If you see any other RTE (run time error) while opening the company, it means that your database is corrupted or damaged. You need to repair your database by using the Reindex Database option from the Company menu. Before doing this, you need to back up your data.
Step 3: If you see any data mismatch issue, it means that your data is inconsistent or incorrect. You need to compare your data with a backup before the update and find out the cause of the issue. Restore that data and compare them by checking the reports and vouchers for any discrepancies.
