No, it is necessary to surrender the soft lock license from old system if you want to install it on a new system. When you register license on new system it will automatically surrender from the old system. For this process you must have an active BLS (BUSY license subscription).

If you have changed your system and activated BUSY in new system,then you can copy your data from existing system and then transfer data through pend drive or online through email and then set data in new system in BUSY and check data.

To switch from cloud-based BUSY to a standalone license, you will need to purchase a new standalone license and install it on your system. Your data will then be stored locally on your system instead of on the cloud.

No, the current companies will not be visible on a new laptop until they are restored or transferred to the new laptop.
