I am unable to find the item details in my register reports, how can I include them?
If you want to see the item details in your register, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display Menu, then click on Inventory Books, and select Inventory Register (Standard).
Step 2: Select your register and view the details with the item.
Step 3: If you want to see item details in another report, you can add the item field through a custom column if the field is available on that report.
How can i check the records in which serial numbers are missing?
To check the records in which serial numbers are missing, you can view the on account serial number entries report by follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on serial number wise report option.
Step 2: Now, choose on account serial number entries then choose from voucher wise or item wise.
Step 3: select the item range then specify the date range and open the report.
How do I check the party from which I purchased an item?
To check the party from which you purchased an item in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display tab and click on Inventory Books.
Step 2: Select Inventory Registers (Standard).
Step 3: Click on Purchase register and specify the date range as per required and apply filter on particular item.
Step 4: Alternatively, you can also check item wise purchase analysis report from the display tab.
Can I generate a sales report in BUSY that shows total sales quantity of all items sold within a specific date range?
If you want to see a sales report with total quantity sold of all item within a specific data range need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Display Tab then Invemtory Books option
Step 2: Under Inventory books option Click on Inventory Registers Standard
Step 3: Then click on Sales register option, then Select all parties and date range. You will get the required report.
How can I generate a summary report in BUSY that shows all items sold within a specific date range?
If you want to see a sales report with total quantity sold of all item within a specific data range need to follow below steps:

What happens if only a portion of a sales order is adjusted in BUSY?
If you have adjusted partial order in original invoice in BUSY, then remaining will be pending for future reference. Further, you can check the pending order report by follow these step:
Step 1: Go to display section then select the order processing
Step 2: Click on pending order then select the required report
Step 3: Select the item range and party range then specify the date and open the report.
How do I check the item ledger for a particular item?
To check the item ledger for a particular item in BUSY Accounting software, you need to press Clt+D and open the particle ledger. From there, you can check the ledger for the specific item.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Display and then inventory books
Step 2: Then Stock Ledger and Item wise, here you can select the item anme and view the report date range wise.
When I open my reports item-wise, it only gives priority to the item but does not display the party in sale. How can I solve this?
To see party with item for sale you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display and then click on Inventory books.
Step 2: Now click on Inventory register and then select sale register.
Step 3: Now select the option for party then select period for which you want to see sale.
Step 4: Now click on OK option and check transaction with party and item .
I'm trying to find an old transaction but the item is no longer in stock. Where can I search for it?
If the stock of particular item is zero or not exist then you can check its old transaction by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on inventory books
Step 2: Now select the stock ledger then click on item wise.
Step 3: Click on for all mc then mention the item name and date range to view the report and press on OK tab.
There are problems with updating inventory records through BUSY. What could be going wrong here?
Their could be several reasons or problems with updating inventory reports i.e incorrect data entry, voucher being not saved properly etc.
To resolve the problem of reports not updating properly follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu and select update master balance.
Step 3: Then run the process after completion check report again.
