If you are trying to check item stock in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the company in BUSY.
Step 2: Go to the "Display" menu.
Step 3: Click on the "Stock Status" option.
Step 4: You can now check the stock either alphabetically or group-wise.

If the physical stock of one item is not match with item stock in BUSY then you must cross check the entries posted in BUSY. Such mismatch occured if we forget to post any entry related to particular item or done any incorrect voucher entry.

In BUSY, numerous reports are available to check inventory or pricing, including BCN wise stock report, Serial No. wise stock report, batch-wise stock report, MRP wise stock report, and Stock Status Report. The adequacy of the audit depends on the features utilized within the company.

Please follow the below steps to check hsn wise stock:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Click on stock status report 
Step 3: Click on stock status HSN code wise report and then open the report.

To see MC wise stock follow these steps 
1. go to the stock status under display menu
2. open closing stock 
3. then select balance only or details
4. then select MC wise option , all items 
5. select relevant MC and other option then open report

For tracking the cost of good sold, you can refer to stock status report. Please find below mentioned steps:
 Step 1: Go to Display menu.
 Step 2: Click on stock status (alphabetical) and click on details.
 Step 3: Enable option show value of items.

If the qty of item showing wrong you can follow the steps to Check 
1 Go to display menu and click on stock status 
2 click on closing stock alphabetical then click on detailed to check 
the status of stock in and out
