To ensure the stock record is up to date , ensure that all invoices has been correctly entered in the BUSY data.

Yes, the sale voucher balance will affect the inventory balance as stock valuation method depend on stock in and out price .
How do I generate stock reports?
Under Display Menu, We can check it in Stock Status. Here will reflect stock data with opening, purchase, Sales and Closing Amount.
What is the field name I need to use to add column of item's opening stock amount in the stock report?
The field you need to use to add custom column of item's opening stock amount in the stock report is "Item_OP_AMOUNT.
How can I prevent automatic stock updating in BUSY Accounting Software?
In BUSY, stock updates based on the transactions you have feed in it. Stock will not update automatically without any trnasaction.
How can I handle the issue of decreasing item stock automatically?
In BUSY, stock will decrease on the basis of transaction you have with that item. Not decrease automatically without any transaction.
Why are there changes in the value of an item?
Value of item depen on the stock valuation method if change stock valuation method may be possible change in stock value..
How is inventory cost calculates when batch wise feature is enabled?
The cost of inventory is calculates on the basis of stock valuation method which you have selected for your company.
