You dont wants to submit any document for changing your Business name in BUSY if you have your company letter head you just need to mail at our support mail support@busy.in and just attached your company letter head and your BUSY serial no detail
How can I get the UMF form for user modification?
To get the UMF form for user modification You need to contact the BUSY Customer support number i.e 8282828282 we will provide you the UMF Form after filling it you have to mail us from your registered mail ID with the company letterhead.
I don't have the invoice number, what should I fill up in UMF Form there?
It is important to update the Invoice Number If you don't have the invoice number no issue fill in the other Details in the UMF form and send us support@busy.in from your Registered Email ID we will update your details accordingly.
How can I change customer details in UMS
To change customer details on UMS you have have to mail on support
mail ID from your register mail id including serial number and company name
and the details you want to change on a UMS form with company stamp and sign

If the registered party name for your BUSY license number is incorrect, please send the company letterhead to our email at support@busy.in. We will then provide you with the UMF form through the same email and correct the details within 24 hours
How do I change my mobile number registered with you?
To change your registered mobile number, you need to send an email to our support email id support@busy.in from your registered email ID with your company's letterhead stating your previous mobile number and the new mobile number you want to register.
My old company letterhead is not available. How can I update my company name without it?
You can update your company name by sending a request on your new company's letterhead with your registered email ID to support@busy.in. Make sure to mention the details of the change and for whom it is being done.
