Q: How can I activate my BUSY license if it's not activating automatically?

In BUSY, There are two license Softlock License and Dongle License. Softlock Registration : We have to do softlock registration then will get a license file on our registered email ID. Then have to copy and paste it in BUSYwin Folder. Pls Follow the Below Steps : Step 1: Company Menu Step 2: License Management Step 3: Softlock Registration Step 4: Select the Current Machine and Bind with Option Eithe Hard Disk ,Machine ID or IP Address. Step 5: Mention the BUSY Serial Number and Activation Key Step 6: User Company Details Step 7: You will get a license file in your registered email ID. Step 8: Copy License File from email id and paste it in BUSYwin Folder. Dongle License : Dongle is a Physical Device which has to be connect on USB Port of the system. Can Change system by connecting the Dongle. If BUSY License has expired then will be renew on chargeable basis either directly from Company end or Channel Partner.

Q: Why does the BLS date is showing wrong in BUSY?

If the BLS date displaying wrong, Check the below points: 1.In case of BUSY dongle then you need to update the signature file by follow these steps: Step 1: Open then BUSY then go to company menu Step 2: Choose the license management option then select update signature (For dongle only) Step 3: Select the file to update the signature and click on validate file option Step 4: After update the details, check by re open the BUSY. 2.In case of BUSY softlock license, you need to paste the new license file in BUSYwin folder by follow these steps: Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu Step 2: Click on license management option then select get softlock license file Step 3: Now, speciFinancial Year the BUSY serial number, registered email id and registered password then click on get license file. Step 4: Next, you will get license on your mail. Download the file then paste in same drive and folder in which you have installed the BUSY. Step 5: Re open the BUSY software.

Q: I want to register BUSY but am unable to do so. What could be the issue?

If You Want To activate the license of BUSY & If It Shows demo mode Follow These Steps: Step 1. Open BUSY. Step 2. Go to License Management under the Company menu. Step 3. Click on Softlock Registration. Step 4. Enter the Serial Number and Activation Key in the respective fields, then click the Validate Serial No button. Step 5. Fill in all the required fields, marked with a star symbol. Step 6. Provide your Email ID and Password to receive the softlock license file via email. Step 7. Click the Register button to initiate the registration of the Softlock license. Step 8. After a successful registration, you will receive the softlock license file in your specified email account. Step 9. Download the file and paste it into the BUSYwin folder. Step 10. Close BUSY, reopen it, and you should receive a message stating A valid security device Softlock has been found. Program will start in multi-user mode Enterprise edition. This indicates successful license activation.

If you facing issue in Soft lock liceance, kindly follow the following Steps: Step 1: Open BUSY Application and Go to Company Menu. Step 2: Click on License Management option Step 3: Under License Management option click on Softlock Registration option. Step 3: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab Step 4: Select Softlock Registration option Step 5: Enter Activation Key Step 6: Re open Busy If you want to reset your company's login password, you can follow these steps: Step 1: If you want to reset Sub-user password then first login your company with super user(Admin user) and go to Administration tab and click on users. Step 2: Click on modify and select the user of which you want to reset password and can change it and save. Step 3: If you want to reset Super user (Admin user) password then you need to mail to your data to us on support@busy.in along with company's letterhead and BUSY Serial No.

Q: What is the process to surrender and register a softlock license in BUSY?

To surrender and register the softlock process then follow the below steps. Step 1: Click on company menu and sub menu license management Step 2: Then surrender softlock license, here no need to format the system you have to click on yes then mention the serial number, registered email and password after that press ok. Step 3: Then softlock registration, here tick the current machine and bind accordingly with machine Id, hard disk number or ip address.after that enter the serial number and activation key which you have received on you email from the person from whom you have purchased the software. Step 4: Then enter the required details and at the end when you mention the email id and password then you will received the code. after entering the code click on register button then you will receive a license file in your registered email Id.you have to copy that file and paste it in BUSYwin folder where BUSY is already installed.

Q: How to resolve issues with registration key entry?

To register the softlock license in BUSY, you need to enter the Activation key along with the Serial No. If you have any issue with the Activation key, you can try these steps: Step 1: Make sure that the Activation key has 20 alphanumeric characters. You can find the Activation key on your registered email. Step 2: Check that the Activation key matches with the Serial No. that you have entered for the registration process. Step 3: If the Activation key does not validate with the Serial No., you can get a new Activation key from the License Management option. Click on Get Softlock Activation Key and enter the Serial No., Registered email Id and Password. The new Activation key will be sent to your registered email id.
