EC liceance only one count picking instead of 25, then connect with other client system follow these steps
1. start your BUSY dongle server or BUSY agent on server system
2. check security and refresh it
3. also check server information mentioned and save the configuration
4. after that check on other client system
5. make sure that you dongle server is add in startup menu.
How do I switch off/disable the demo version that keeps launching?
If you are using BUSY license version but showing demo copy in BUSY you may follow some steps:
Step: 1 In case of soft key go to license management and register softlock and copy and paste lic file in BUSY install drive or can check by revalidate license file if having license already in drive.
Step: 2 In case of dongle or hardlock remove and reinsert dongle.
How to get activation key for softlock registeration in BUSY?
To get activation key for softlock registeration in BUSY then you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and submenu License Management
Step 2: Then click on get softock activation key option.
Step 3: After that enter serial number and registered mail id and registration password
Step 4: Now click on get activation key option and it will be sent on your registered mail id.
How long does the registration process take in BUSY?
The softlock registration process in BUSY typically takes a few minutes to complete.for complete please follow these steps:
1. open BUSY then go in License management
2. Then Go in softlock Registration
3. Mention invoice number, serial number,activation key and other company details etc and register
4. After register download license file from your mail and paste this file where BUSY installed
5. After that Reopen BUSY and check
Locating the license key for BUSY.
In case of softlock license, you recieve the activation key with BUSY serial number in your email id from the person whom you have purchased the BUSY. Activation key is used to do the softlock registration process in BUSY then you will get the license file in your registered email id. You have to copy that license file and paste it in the BUSYwin folder.
BUSY is open from the wrong directory location where my license file is not mention. how can I change location where it can validate the license file?
To change the location of BUSY so it can validate the license file, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the path where your license file is located.
Step 2: Right-click on your BUSY icon.
Step 3: Click on Properties and mention the BUSY path in the Start in column.
Step 4: Open BUSY, select License Management, click on Re-validate License File, and then restart your BUSY.
Resolving issues where the software limits entry or saving to days only and ensuring proper configuration in BUSY?
Steps to follow for system running in demo mode
Step:1 Go to company menu and then select softlock registration option from it.
Step:2 Then select revalidate softlock licence file and make sure while revalidating it internet connection is available on system.
Step:3 Then restart BUSY again.
