Why license details may not display in the software registration section?
If you do not see your license details in the soflock registration section, it may be because you did not enter them when you registered your license for the first time.
I have not received the email OTP, what should I do?
If you have not received the email OTP for BUSY you can try checking your spam or junk folder. If it is not there,then verfiy mail again to send OTP.
How do I activate or register the software I purchased?
To register softlock:
Step 1:CLick on company menu
Step 2 : Softlock registration
Step 3 : Put serial no and activation key
Step 4 : Register
Step 5 : Paste license file in BUSYwin folder
How do I delete the old softlock license file and paste the new file?
To delete the old softlock license file then put the cursor on the file and press delete button and after that do copy paste the new file in BUSYwin folder.
What details do I need to provide while registering on BUSY?
While registering on BUSY, you will need to provide details such as your name, email address, contact number, organization name, and other relevant information as required by the registration process.
If I have purchased a softlock license, will the serial number appear on top of the software?
Yes, if you have purchased a softlock license for BUSY accounting software, and registered it in your system then the serial number will appear on top of the software.
While doing softlock registration showing activation key not valid
If showing activation key invalid then it could be possible that you are entering a
activation key for other license number or missing some character in activation key
Want to register two BUSY license in same system. How can i do this?
We do not recommend to run more that one license on a system. Further you can contact to your authorized channel partner of our support helpline numbers.
My Softlock registration seems to be cancelled in BUSY. How can I fix this?
If you are unable to register softlock license it seems cancelled , you need to contact to your near by dealer he will help you regarding this
I have done softlock registered on another system, can I register it again on a new system with the same serial number?
Yes, you can register it on a new system with the same serial number and the BUSY will get surrender from the previous one .
