Yes, you need to enter your registration password again while surrendering and registering a serial number in BUSY Accounting software.
Why is the BUSY showing for validation of license file while open BUSY?
If BUSY show for license validation you need to give consent by click on yes option and then restart BUSY.
Why am I unable to download the license file?
Sometimes license file may not be get due to the Backend server downtime. Sorry for the inconvenience please check afterlater.

If soft lock not registered error is coming then you need to do softlock registration from License management.
