Softlock Registration : We have to do softlock registration then will get a license file on our registered email ID. Then have to copy and paste it in BUSYwin Folder. Pls Follow the Below Steps for Softlock Registration : Step 1: Click on Company Menu Step 2: Then License Management Step 3: Then Softlock Registration Step 4: Select the Current Machine and Bind with Option Either Hard Disk ,Machine ID or IP Address. Q: Guide the process of regenating softlock license

To regenerate softlock license you need to follow the steps 1 Open BUSY and go to license management option then click on surrender softlock and fill the serial number mail Id and register password and click on surrender but if you forget your register password then click on forget password it will be send to your register mail id 2 after surrendering softlock click on softlock registration from license management menu fill the serial number and activation key details and click on validate then fill the register mail id and password then type password again then again in recheck password box and click on register 3 You will get the softlock license on mail id then download and copy it and paste the same in BUSYwin folder then restart BUSY

If you license file could not be validated please follow thse steps: 1. Open BUSY then go in license management 2. Then go in Re-validate softLock License click yes on Revalidate 3. Then Reopen BUSY If not done, Go in drive where BUSY installed and check license file is there or not.If license file not available there go in license management and then go in get softlock file and mention detail serialno.,Registered mail id and registration password.and click on get license file and you will receive license file on your Registered mail id copy license file and paste in which drive BUSY installed If you change hard-Disk or system then please do surrender license and then softlock Registration Note - While you Revalidate license make sure internet connection available in your system.

The serial number for my BUSY is not reflecting in the system. What should I do to resolve this?

The serial number for my BUSY is not reflecting in the system.You Can Check These steps to resolve this. 
 Step 1. Ensure that you have a valid Activation File. 
 Step 2. You can check it by re-validating the Softlock License in License Management. 
 Step 3. You can check it by completing the process of Softlock registration. Ensure that the license file is located within the 'buswin' folder. 
 Step 4. Verify that you are using the latest version of BUSY, and the model for which the license was activated in BUSY should match the same model. 
 Step 5. If you have a Multiuser License and the client shows a demo copy, check the networking settings. In the data directory, enter the location of the BUSY data sharing folder, and then restart BUSY
