For BUSY online support, you need to provide license number. If you have any difficulties finding or accessing your license number, you may want to check any documentation or emails you received when you initially purchased the software. Step 1: You can also find license number , open BUSY application and on top BUSY window you will get Model Name and (S.No.).

Q: Process to get activation key after BUSY purchase.

After purchasing BUSY, you will receive the activation key within 24 hours of purchase. While Registered softlock error message show Internet connection is not available but internet connection is available follow the below steps: Step 1: Change Internet Connection Step 2: Disable Antivirus (Quick heal, K7, etc) Step 3: Exclude BUSY from Antivirus Step 4: Open Run command (Window + R) Step 5: Type ncpa.cpl Step 6: Click on connect network >Right Click > Click Properties Step 7: Click Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Click Properties Step 8: Click Use the Following DNS server address Step 9: Mention Preferred DNS server 8.8.8.8 And Alternate DNS server 8.8.4.4 > Click ‘OK’ Step 10: Reopen BUSY
