What should I do if I forget my Softlock registered password?
These are the steps for Reset softlock registered password :
Step 1: Open BUSY Software
Step 2: Go to Company Menu
Step 3: Click on License Management Option
Step 4: Then click on Get Softlock License File
Step 5: Then mention BUSY serial in the field of SERIAL number
Step 6: Then Mention Softlock registered Email ID in the field of Registered Email ID
Step 7: Afterward, select the Forgot option, and a Mail will be sent to your registered email ID.
Step 8: You can then check your Softlock registered password.
How can i activate again softlock license in BUSY?
To activate softlock license in BUSY follow these steps:
Step1: Open the software and go to company menu
Step2: Then click on License management section and click on softlock registration option
Step3: Now enter your BUSY Serial number and activation key in the required field and click on validate serial number button
Step4: After validation specify registered mail id and password and again specify to confirm the password and save the configuration
Step5: After that a confirmation mail has beed received on your registered email id and download the license file, paste in the BUSYwin folder and reopen BUSY
I did not receive the license file on my registered email ID that is required for updating the software release. What should I do to get this file and update properly?
If you did not not receive the license file on your registered email ID that is
required for updating the software then please follow the given steps
Step 1: open BUSY.
Step 2: Then go to license management then get softlock license file.
Step 3: Then enter your serial No. and registered email id and registration
password. then click on get license file.
Step 4: Then you will get your file on your mail.
Step 5: Then just download file and place in BUSY win folder and then revalidate
and restart BUSY.
What is your BUSY license number ?
BUSY license number is a unique identifier code provided to a user when they purchase BUSY.This number is used to authenticate and validate the user's right to use the software.
For BUSY online support, you need to provide license number. If you have any difficulties finding or accessing your license number, you may want to check any documentation or emails you received when you initially purchased the software.
Step 1: You can also find license number , open BUSY application and on top BUSY window you will get Model Name and (S.No.).
Process to get activation key after BUSY purchase.
After purchasing BUSY, you will receive the activation key within 24 hours of purchase. Once you receive the activation key,you have to follow Steps
Step 1 : download and install BUSY latest version from website
Step 2 : open BUSY
Step 3 :go to company menu
Step 4 : softlock registration
Step 5 : put serial no and activation key and register softlock with all details needed
Step 6 : download license file revecive on registered email id
Step 7 : put the license file in BUSYwin folder where BUSY installed
Step 8 : close BUSY and re open
how do i register my serial number ?
To register your serial number you should follow the steps
Step1 open BUSY and go to license management option
Step2 go to softlock registration option
Step3 fill the serial number and activation key on each boxes and validate
Step4 Fill other details of company
Step5 fill your register mail id and password
Step6 then click on register
Step7 after registration download and copy license file from your register mail and paste it in BUSYwin folder
Step8 restart BUSY to open BUSY in license mode
I am unable to install the license file for BUSY. What could be the reason?
There could be several reasons why you are unable to install the license file for BUSY. Some possible reasons could include

I Registered softlock show Internet connection is not available but internet connection is available
While Registered softlock error message show Internet connection is not available but internet connection is available follow the below steps:
Step 1: Change Internet Connection
Step 2: Disable Antivirus (Quick heal, K7, etc)
Step 3: Exclude BUSY from Antivirus
Step 4: Open Run command (Window + R)
Step 5: Type ncpa.cpl
Step 6: Click on connect network >Right Click > Click Properties
Step 7: Click Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Click Properties
Step 8: Click Use the Following DNS server address
Step 9: Mention Preferred DNS server 8.8.8.8 And Alternate DNS server 8.8.4.4 > Click ‘OK’
Step 10: Reopen BUSY
When i opened BUSY show Machine ID mismatch
While opened BUSY error message show Machine ID mismatch follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence management
Step 2: Go to Get softlock Licence

Registered Email id
Registration Password (Forgot Password)
Step 3: Surrender Softlock Licence file (Ask Would you like to continue with Surrender ?)

Step 4: Softlock Registration

Activation Key >Validate Serial No
Register softlock
Step 5: After Received Licence file on mail
Step 6: download file > Copy licence file > Paste where is BUSY installed >Reopen BUSY
I Purchased new BUSY licence How to Register Softlock
To Register Softlock follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to busy.in > Resources > Download BUSY 21 Step
Step 2: Install Winrar/7 Zip > Double click on step > Install setup BUSY 21
Step 3: Go to Company Menu
Step 4: Go to Licence management
Step 5: Softlock register
Step 6: Mention Serial No And Activation key then validate softlock then Register softlock
Step 7: Will receive Licence file on mail
Step 8: Download licence file from mail
Step 9: Copy licence file then paste where is BUSY installed
Step 10: Reopen BUSY
