To activate Softlock follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence management
Step 2: Go to Get softlock Licence 
Serial No
Registered Email id 
Registration Password (Forgot Password) 
Step 3: Surrender Softlock Licence file (Ask Would you like to continue with Surrender ?)
Serial No
Registered Email id

 Step 4: Softlock Registration

Activation Key >Validate Serial No

Step 5: After Received Licence file on mail

Why am I unable to receive the registration password from BUSY on my registered email ID?

If you are using a BUSY Softlock license and have not received the registration password on your registered email ID, follow these steps:
1.Check your spam and junk folders, as sometimes the password may be redirected there instead of the inbox.
2.Verify that you are checking the correct registered email ID for the password.

How to change soft lock registration one system to another ?

To change soft lock registration one system to another, kindly follow the following Steps:
  Step 1: Open the busy.in website, go to the Downloads section. 
  Step 2: Download the latest setup of BUSY. Please install BUSY on the drive where you want to install it. 
  Step 3: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab
  Step 4: Select Softlock Registration option
  Step 5: Enter Activation Key
  Step 6: Reopen BUSY, BUSY will show msg A valid security device (softlock ) has been found.

How to fix softlock registration issue in BUSY?

While registering the Soft Lock License, if you face an error Internet Not Connected, See the following steps to resolve the issue: 
Step 1: Disable System Antivirus and Firewall (if possible, uninstall once antivirus) 
Step 2: Go to the Control Panel, then click on User Account. 
Step 3: Enable UAC mode. Never Notified 
Step 4: Restart System 
Step 5: If an issue Still not resolving changes in internet connection or contacting the ISP to unblock IP.
Step 6: Again Recheck your Soft Lock License Registration.

How do I enter serial numbers and product keys into BUSY?

to enter serial numbers and product keys into BUSY follow these steps 
1. open BUSY 
2. go to the License management 
3. click on softlock registration 
4. mentioned your BUSY sr. no and activation key 
5. validate your register email id and registration password
6. and proceed to register softlock 
7. softlock file received on your regsier email 
8. download attachment file 
9 . copy that file and past in BUSYwin folder 
10. close BUSY and run again your BUSY license will be register.

How to Activate New Licence

To Activate New Licence follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to busy.in > Resources > Download BUSY 21 Step
Step 2: Install Winrar/7 Zip > Double click on step > Install setup BUSY 21
Step 3: Go to Company Menu
Step 4: Go to Licence management
Step 5: Softlock Registration

Step 7: Will receive Licence file on mail 
Step 8: Download licence file from mail

I cannot find the license key or serial number for the software. Where can I locate this information?

To find the licence key or serial number for the software,
 1. You need to check on the top of the BUSY screen, which is the first line where you can find the serial number and
 2. For the licence file and activation key registered mail ID, you will find the licence file and activation key, and you can also find them from the licence management option.
 3. In this, you can get a softlock activation key and a softlock licence file.

What is the process to get my account activated and gain access to BUSY after submitting payment?

Process to get my account activated and gain access to BUSY after submitting payment, you need to do :
Step 1 : open BUSY
Step 2 :go to company menu
Step 3 : license management
Step 4 : softlock registration
Step 5 : put the serial no and activation key provided by dealer
Step 6 : put all the details
Step 7 : put email and password
Step 8 : register
Step 9 : download the file from register email

 Step 1 : open BUSY

 Step 6 : Click on the "Register" button to complete the registration process.
 Step 7 : download the license file

The software is showing an error message that says "Invalid license key". How can I resolve this error?

To resolve the "Invalid license key" error in BUSY, you can try the following points: 
For Softlock License :
1: Revalidate the license from license management Tab. 
2. Redownload the license file through License management and go to get and replace the License from
3: Ensure that you have select correct BUSY model as per your license key 
4: If you will still get the same issue after following the above steps then Re-register your soft lock license from license management.
