What training resources are available for learning to use BUSY?
In BUSY, you can access the training resource of BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit our official website www.busy.in and click on the resources tab. There you will find our upcoming online webinars and previous recorded webinars.You can watch them and register yourself for upcoming webinars.
Step 2: Open the company in BUSY and go to help menu and can watch training videos
Step 3: You can also access the user manual from the software by going to the Help menu.
How do I locate a particular option or feature in BUSY that I need to use?
To locate or search any feature then following the below steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY software
Step 2: Go to company menu
Step 3: Click on open company
Step 4: Then select company and specify username and password and click on OK button
Step 5: Then click on search button shown in the right side of the window and then specify feature name and press enter
Step 6: Here you can check specific feature

To access training resources in BUSY for learning BUSY software given below are the steps
Step 1 Open BUSY software
Step 2 On the home page/main menu options are displayed
Step 3 Select the option Training / help videos
Step 4 Select getting started menu and proceed
And if invoices are uploaded/GST filled from BUSY to GST portal then there no amendments can be done from BUSY and same have to do on GST portal or consult CA/accountant
How many versions or software systems does BUSY have? What are the differences?
BUSY has multiple version with some enhancement in comparing from old release. you can view these changes in the release, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to help menu then click on what's new option
Step 3: Click on BUSY 21 to check the product release and Statutory updated to check the changes related to tax then a document in PDF will appear where you can check the changes exist in particular releases.

Step 1: Open BUSY & login Company.
Step 2: Then go in Help.
Step 3: Then Select according as we have user manual, knowledge documents, training help videos, shortcut keys & quick start guide.
