 If you want to make BUSY run faster and smoother, here are some tips you can follow:
1. Check if your computer has enough memory, disk space, and processing power to run BUSY. Also check minimum system requirements.
2. Quit any other programs or apps that you don’t need while using BUSY. This will reduce the load on your system and prevent any conflicts or errors.
3. Keep your BUSY up to date with the latest version and make sure to remove old versions from the control panel.
4. Clear some space on your hard drive by deleting unwanted files and folders.
5. You can think about upgrading your hardware, such as adding more RAM or getting a faster CPU, to boost performance. You can consult a computer expert or a hardware vendor for advice on what upgrades are suitable for your system.

I'm encountering an error while making configuration changes in BUSY. How can I resolve it?

 To resolve the error while making configuration changes in BUSY you can find the 
following Points
Step 1. Close the configuration page where you were making changes.Close your
company within the software.
Step 2. From the Company menu, select the option to take a backup of your company
data. After taking the backup, reopen your company.
Step 3. Now Go to Housekeeping menu and click on the option to Reindex Database.
Step 4. Now BUSY prompt you with a message, You can proceed as I have the latest
backup and press the OK button to start the reindexing process.
Step 5. After a successful reindexing of the database, open the configuration page
where you initially encountered the error. Make the necessary configuration changes.
Click on the Save button to save the configuration changes.

I am unable to send or receive emails. How can I fix this issue?

 If you are unable to send any email from BUSY then follow the steps to fix this issue.
Step 1. Go to Administration Menu
Step 2. Then click on Configuration
Step 3. Now click on Email configuration
Step 4. Verify that the server name is correctly set as smtp.gmail.com. If you are using Gmail Account
Step 5. Also verify that two step factor authenticaiton is enabled in your Gmail account.
Step 6. Alternatively you can generate a new App specific password in your gmail account and input it into the
password field in BUSY.
Step 7. Check your antivirus, firewall, or Windows Defender, as they might be blocking your account.
Step 8. Ensure you have an active and stable internet connection.
Step 9. Exclude BUSY21.exe files from antivirus.
Step 10. Exclude BUSYwin folder from antivirus.

How do I configure the firewall or antivirus to allow BUSY on my system?

 To give rights to BUSY from firewall , follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to control panel of system then firewall and select advance setting
Step 2: Select inbound rule and check by scrolling if BUSY is blocked then go to properties by right click and allow the connection
Step 3: Follw the same above step for outbound rule also and allow the connection

 If your gmail account password is not working or showing incorrect in BUSY email configuration then please follow the steps to resove this.
Step 1.Open Google Chrome and log in to your Gmail account.
Step 2. Click on your Gmail account logo or profile picture in the top right corner.
Step 3. Select Manage Google Account from the dropdown menu.
Step 4. In the search bar within your Google Account settings, type App password.
Step 5. Define the app name as BUSY or any other name you prefer.
Step 6. Google will generate an app password. Copy this password from your screen.
Step 7. Now, open your BUSY email configuration settings and paste the app password into the password section.
