Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to mobile-app - bulk upload
If you had subscribed for BUSY Mobile App and have an activation code, then follow these steps to activate it:
Step 1: First you need to create a BDEP id by going to the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Feature and Option and click on General tab. Here you will see an option called Enable BUSY Data Exchange Platform (BDEP) set Y.
Step 3: After that click on Configuration button and create a ID then save. You also need to set Y on Enable BUSY Mobile App.
Step 4: Next, you need to create user for mobile app by going to the Administration menu then click on Users.
Step 5: Select Cloud Sync User and click on Add then create it.
Step 6: Now, go back to Administration and click on Data Export / Import.
Step 7: Select Cloud sync and click on Bulk Upload.
Step 8: Click on the Start Upload button and wait for the process to be completed.
Step 9: Finally open the BUSY Mobile App and enter the BDEP Id along with Username & Password.
Step 10: Then enter the Activation code which you have received and proceed. Now, your Mobile App is ready to use.

There are the reasons for Data upload Failure in BUSY Mobile App :
Note : Ensure that your BUSY software is updated to the latest version and release.
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration option
Step 3: Click on Feature and options
Step 4: Then click on General Feature
Step 5: Then confirm that the BUSY Data Exchange Platform (BDEP) is enabled as Y
Step 6: Then click on the configuration box to verify that BDEP ID is created
Step 7: Then Go to Data Export import option from Administrtaion Menu
Step 8: Click on Cloud Sync
Step 9: Then click on Bulk Upload option and check IF UID is Below 23 then You need to create new BDEP ID
Step 10: Make sure your Internet Connection is stable and working properly
Step 11: If any antivirus in your system then disbale it as it might be block BUSY
Step 12: Exclude BUSYwin.exe from antivirus
To enable mobile app feature then follow the given steps :
Step 1: go to Administration menu
Step 2: Then click on Configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on General feature
Step 5: Then enable BDEP ID (BUSY Data Exchange platform) as Y
Step 6: Then click on configuration option
Step 7: Then click on Create new ID option
Step 8: Then create the new ID and password with other mandatory details
Step 9: Then click on Ok button
Step 10: Then enable BUSY mobile app option as Y and click on through cloud sync option
Step 11: Then click on save button to save the configuration
Step 12: Then you need to craete cloud user from USERS option under administration
Step 13: Then you can bulk upload data and check in mobile app

1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable and strong internet connection. Poor internet connectivity can cause call drops and connectivity issues.

To fix the error in uploading BUSY software data to Cloud/BDEP, follow these steps.
Step 1: Check your internet connection is stable
Step 2: Make sure that you have installed the latest version of the BUSY release and updates
Step 3: Make sure that you have a valid BLS Subscription
Step 4: Make sure that the antivirus or firewall is blocking the activity. Turn it off for a few minutes
Step 5: Make sure that you have a valid mobile app subscription
Step 6: Check if there are any special characters or symbols in the data that may be causing the error. Remove the junk if necessary
Step 7: Restart the system and try uploading the data again
Step 8: Reindex the database then try uploading the data again
Step 9: If the error persists, contact BUSY support for further assistance.
