Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Data Export Import option.
Step 2: Now click on Cloud Sync option and select the Bulk updation upload and you cal also select
incremental upload option if bulk upload have done already once.
Step 3: Now click on start upload option.

I am unable to upload or sync data to cloud. What could be causing this issue?

If you are unable to upload or sync data to the cloud, follow the steps below: 
Step 1: Ensure that a proper internet connection is established.
Step 2: Ensure you are using the updated version of BUSY.
Step 3: Ensure that no antivirus or firewall is blocking BUSY from uploading data.
Step 4: Set proper regional settings and correct date and time.

How can i sync BUSY data to cloud based mobile application?

To sync BUSY data to cloud based mobile application, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on data export import.
Step 2: Click on cloud sync then choose bulk upload option if you want to upload all data to the device or can select incremental upload option in order to sync only newly added and modified entries to the device.
Step 3: Next, Click on start upload tab and let the process complete

If you are facing issue while updoading data from BUSY to mobile app then follow the below steps:
Step 1: Make sure you are using a latest release of BUSY with an active BLS.
Step 2: Check there should not be any other process running in backend.
Step 3: Check task bar close company and reopen it again.
Step 4: Still face issue then remove existing data of mobile app
Step 5: And resync again.

How to fix mobile syncing issues between the desktop software and mobile app in BUSY?

Step1: Both BUSY and mobile app is running on latest update release.
Step2: Remove pervious mobile data, try using new BDEP id and upload again data then try syncing.
