I upgraded to a new mobile app subscription but my bill does not reflect the change. What is wrong?
If bill does not reflect change in mobile app you can do bulk upload again.
For bulk upload mobile app data please follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in Data Export Import
2. Then go in Cloud Sync and click on bulk upload
3. Then click on start upload
Note- If last incremental upload was not successful then you have to first run incremental upload then run bulk upload
how do i upload bulk upload invoice in BUSY ?
To upload bulk data from BUSY:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: click on Data export import option
Step 3: Then click on Cloud Sync option
Step 4: Then click on Bulk upload option
Step 5: Then click on OK button to start upload, it will take few minutes for completing the process
Step 6: After completion of process a confirmation message will appear
Why am I unable to see the full data and details from BUSY desktop in the mobile app? What could be the reason for this?
Due to internet issue some time bulk upload failed showing because we need high internet speed for data upload on cloud so follow these steps :
Step 1:Open BUSY.
Step 2: Go to Administration.
Step 3:Go to Data Export Import click on Cloud sync click Bulk upload and click start Upload.
Step 4: Check in mobile app after succefully data uploaded on cloud .
What should i do If am unable to bulk upload process from BUSY for the mobile app?
If you are unable to bulk upload from BUSY and show error message service not available for the mobile app then follow below steps:
Step1: make sure to update latest BUSY release in the system.
Step2: make sure to check proper connectivity of internet in the system.
Step3: Ensure to disable antivirus or window firewall as it might be block BUSY.
Step4: After that you will check again by bulk upload data

Why can't I see my sales data in the app?
There could be some of reasons for not showing sales data in BUSY mobile app are :-
1: If data not synchronization or upload properly , so need to check error and do rectify it.
2: User should have right to saw sale report in mobile app, can give right by administration - user - cloud sync user - and modify - check the sale report done.
How can I fix the issue of service is not available while try to upload data in mobile app ?
If you are getting an error about service not avaiable then you can take some action:
1. Make sure that BUSY ,Mobile app and BUSY agent if incremental upload happen from it,should be updated,
2. Make sure internet connect is stable if not then check by change connection.
3. Make sure all configuration for Mobile app in BUSY agent Bdep id and password should be correctly entered
Unable to upload data what to do?
If you are unable to upload data for the BUSY mobile app, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Make sure you have installed the latest release.
Step 2: Go to Administration, then select Data Export Import, then select Cloud Sync.
Step 3: Select Bulk Upload, then click on Start Upload to upload the data to the cloud sync server for the BUSY mobile app.
Need to import mobile app data to the desktop software in BUSY?
Yes, you need to download the mobile app data into the system. You can follow these steps to download it.
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Data Export / Import.
Step 2: Select Cloud Sync and then Download Transactions.
Step 3: You will the transactions which were added by mobile app and can save in system by press F2.
