Where is the option for enabling mobile app feature ?

 To enable mobile app feature then follow the given steps :
Step 1: go to Administration menu
Step 2: Then click on Configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on General feature
Step 5: Then enable BDEP ID (BUSY Data Exchange platform) as Y
Step 6: Then click on configuration option
Step 7: Then click on Create new ID option
Step 8: Then create the new ID and password with other mandatory details
Step 9: Then click on Ok button
Step 10: Then enable BUSY mobile app option as Y and click on through cloud sync option
Step 11: Then click on save button to save the configuration
Step 12: Then you need to craete cloud user from USERS option under administration
Step 13: Then you can bulk upload data and check in mobile app

I'm facing call connectivity issues while using BUSY on my phone. What should I do?

 If you are facing call connectivity issues while using BUSY on your phone, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable and strong internet connection. Poor internet connectivity can cause call drops and connectivity issues.

. I'm getting an error while uploading data. How to fix it?

 To fix the error in uploading BUSY software data to Cloud/BDEP, follow these steps.
Step 1: Check your internet connection is stable
Step 2: Make sure that you have installed the latest version of the BUSY release and updates
Step 3: Make sure that you have a valid BLS Subscription
Step 4: Make sure that the antivirus or firewall is blocking the activity. Turn it off for a few minutes
Step 5: Make sure that you have a valid mobile app subscription
Step 6: Check if there are any special characters or symbols in the data that may be causing the error. Remove the junk if necessary
Step 7: Restart the system and try uploading the data again
Step 8: Reindex the database then try uploading the data again
Step 9: If the error persists, contact BUSY support for further assistance.

It also enables users to create and share invoices, quotations, and receipts. The app works by providing access to various features and functionalities related to managing business operations and communication.

How to upload data on BUSY mobile app?

 If you want to upload your data on BUSY mobile app please follow given below steps:
Step 1: Go to admnistration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration
Step 3: Afterwards click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on general
Step 5: Then select BDEP option as Y then create bdep id
Step 6: Enable BUSY mobile app option as Y and select it as through cloud sync
Step 5: Save the changes
Step 6: Then click on administration menu
Step 7: Then click on users
Step 8: Add the user for your BUSY mobile app
Step 9: Then click on data export import button available in administration menu
Step 10: Then click on cloud sync
Step 11: Then click on bulk upload and click on start upload to proceed for a bulk upload in BUSY mobile app

BUSY data not fully visible in mobile app of BUSY. Why?

 To see fully data of BUSY in Mobile app, You may follow below steps: 
Step 1: Ensure your BUSY is update with latest release.
Step 2: Update your mobile app or can re install it.
Step 3: Go in administration.
Step 4: Select configuration and then feature/Options.
Step 5: Then click on general settings.
Step 6: Ensure BDEP ID has been created and then enable BUSY mobile app and click on through cloud sync.
Step 7: Save configuration then go in Data export import option.
Step 8: Click on Cloud Sync option.
Step 9: Bulk upload the data again.
Step 10: Also check antivirus as BUSY must be exclude.

Issue in mobile app data synch and upload

 If you are facing issue while uploading data to cloud synch then follow the steps 
1 install BUSY latest release and BUSY agents latest release and try to upload again
2 Check your internet connection it should be proper at the time of uploading data
3 Delete the old BDEP ID and create a new BDEP ID if you are first time uploading
then try bulk upload again
4 Go to administration menu and click on data export import and click cloud synch
then click on delete data and try bulk upload again
5 Remove the junk master and incomplete vouchers from house keeping menu
using the optin check junk character and check incomplete voucher

I am unable to sync my mobile data with the BUSY software. What should I do to fix this?

 If the transactions you created in the mobile app are not downloading into the system, you can try these steps to fix the problem:
Please Note: Before making any changes, take a backup of your data.
Step 1: Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable.
Step 2: Do not make any changes in the voucher series configuration of the mobile app.
Step 3: Run Reindex Database from the Housekeeping menu to resolve any issues with the database.
