How do I create a backup of my data in BUSY?

We can take backup and restore the same from company menu.
For Backup follow the below step
Step 1:- Go to Company menu
Step 2:- Backup data
Step 3:- Select company
Step 4:- Mention user name and password of company
Step 5:- Sepecify path for backup
Step 6:- Select financial year for backup(Single or All).
For restoring backup follow the below steps
Step 1:- Go to company menu
Step 2:- Restore data
Step 3:- Mention path for restoration
Step 4:- Click ok
If same company already exits in list of company then it will ask for rewrite backup data on existing data. Select as per need (Yes or No)

How can I add a new product or service in BUSY?

To add a new product or service in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on the Masters.
Step 2: Under Masters, select Item and then click on Add or Modify. This will open a list of your items that you can choose from.
Step 3:Fill all the necessary details such as name, group, unit, tax rate, hsn etc and save.
Step 4: Click on Save to apply the changes and close the window.
Please note to take latest Backup of your data before make any changes in your data.

Having issue in BUSY BNS

If you having issue in Bns check these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in Features/option then go in general tab
3. Then check BDEP id is enable or not and bdep id is mention or not
4. If not enable or mention then enable and mention bdep id
5. Unregister and register your mobile number in Bns app again
6. If not done go in your phone setting and give all permission to BUSY bns app
7. Then go in your phone setting and clear cache and uninstall app and install again
8. Check your antivirus setting in your system
9. Check Regional setting in your system

If you having issue in Bns check these steps:

How do I properly record refunds to customers in BUSY?

To properly record refunds to customers in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Open BUSY and log in to your account.
Step 2. locate and select the "Receipt Voucher" or "Receipt Entry" option.
Step 3 :In the Receipt Entry form, you will need to fill in the following information:Party Name,Receipt Date,Nature of Receipt: As you mentioned, mention the nature of the receipt as "Advance Receipt.".,Amount,Narration.
Step 4 :To adjust the advance payment against the respective invoice, you need to access the ledger for the party who made the advance payment.
Step 5 :You can crete the payment voucher or Sales voucher to adjust the same recipt .

How do I unregister or deactivate the BNS feature for a particular mobile number in the BUSY mobile app?

To unregister or deactivate the BNS feature for a particular mobile number in the BUSY mobile app, you can go to the app settings and look for the option to unregister or deactivate the mobile number.
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and Disable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention remove contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS

I'm having trouble with the rolls/inventoryIt's showing the wrong weightHow can I correct this?
