How do I send my quotation via BUSY BNS?

To send a quotation using the "BUSYBNS" feature, you can follow these steps:
Step 1 :Enter your login credentials to access the software.
Step 2 :Navigate to the Quotation section within the software.
Step 3 :Create a new quotation or open an existing one that you want to send via BNS.
Step 4 :After preparing the quotation, make sure to save it within the software.
Step 5 :With the quotation voucher open, press the Alt+Y keyboard shortcut. This keyboard shortcut triggers the BUSYBNS function to send the quotation via BNS.
Step 6 : After pressing Alt+Y, the software should initiate the BNS sending process.

How do I download and install the BUSY Agent app on my desktop computer?

To download and install the BUSY Agent app on your desktop computer, follow these steps:
1. Open Google Chrome or any other web browser.
2. Go to the website www.busy.in.
3. Download the BUSY Agent app from the utility menu.
4. Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file on your desktop.
5. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation process.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
7. Choose the same drive where you have the BUSY Agent installed.
8. After the installation is finished, you can open the BUSY Agent app on your desktop computer.

while sending BUSY BNS showing error for module does not found

If you are getting module error at BNS sending, check by reinstall the BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open the control panel then go to programs and features option.
Step 3: Right click on BUSY setups and uninstall the same.
Step 4: Now, Go to busy.in site then click on resource and choose the download option.
Step 5: Click on download the BUSY latest version.
Step 6: Next, double click on setup and install the same.
Step 7: After installation, open the BUSY and set data directory.
Note- Please remove the system folder from BUSYwin folder before installing the BUSY.

unable to send Notification shows error what sholud i do?

If you unable to send Notification shows error, you need to do the following steps:
1. Client PC is not showing in network connectivity to connect to the server
2. also you sholud share the datbase folder to connect the server or database
3. Update the system in latest version
4. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
5. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
6. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
7. Set the Never NotiFinancial Year User Control setting from the control panel option.
8. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
9. Re start the system; re start the internet.

I forgot my BNS login credentialsHow can I retrieve or reset them?

BUSY you are using, specifically "BUSY BNS," there is no login credential system, and access to the app is based solely on registering a mobile number.
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS

When I try to email an invoice from BUSY, the attachment is blankWhy won't the invoice attach properly?

BUSY provides an option of event notification, in which you can set the notification for some pre defined event occurance in your company. To use this option follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)

How do I configure BUSY?

If you want set up BUSY for invoicing or billing, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY & Create your company with required details under the 'Create Company' tab.
Step 2: After that setup username & password for login into your company.
Step 3: Now you can create your Items and Parties by using these steps:
(i) Administration
(ii) Master
(iii) Select Item/Account as per the need.
Once you have completed these steps, BUSY is set up for recording and managing your day-to-day transactions & invoices, generating reports, and utilizing other features of the software.
