How do I set up user roles and permissions in BUSY?

To set up user roles and permissions in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Click on
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: go to Users
Step 3: then Add
Step 4: then Create User and Password
Step 5: On Top Right, Expand Menu Option can give rights to the user for which transaction can view, modify, delete,cancel and same for which reports he want to allow user can view.
Step 6: On Left Side, User Control - Can enable or disable option as per his requirment for user.

I am Owner/Manager of Company, How do I link my mobile number with BUSY to receive notifications, including PDF voucher notifications?

To update your own/self) number as owner for sending PDF voucher notifications in BUSY, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 : Navigate to "Voucher Series Configuration" from the "Administration Menu->Configuration->Voucher Series Configuration."
Step 2 : Choose the voucher series type you're interested in, where you want to send notifications from a voucher.
Step 3 : Click on the "Configure" button for "Send Notification on BNS after Saving."
Step 4 : Update your correct mobile number in the "Self Mobile No" field.
Step 5 : Save your changes.

How to modify stock items directly in the stock status closing balance screen in BUSY?

In BUSY, you cannot modify stock items directly from the stock status closing balance screen. You will need to make changes to stock items through the appropriate inventory vouchers or stock maintenance screens.
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Item option and click on Add. or Modify
Step 3: Fill or mdify all the necessary details such as name, group, unit, tax rate, hsn etc and save.

To re-enable the BUSY BNS feature in the BUSY app, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and Enable Event Notification
Step 4: Set the occurance of event, you have to select the type of event and user
Step 5: Mention remove contact no on which notification to be shared.(This option work with BUSY BNS Application)
Please note, option is available in Standard model of BUSY and with active BLS

To check and resolve BNS connectivity issues in BUSY, you can try the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration

Step 3: Attach a password reset request on your company’s letterhead with your Serial No., Contact Name, and Contact No. This will help us to verify your identity and process your request faster.
Step 4: We will send your data back after reset password As soon as possible.
