If you forgot your company's login usernam & password and want to reset that, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Create a backup of your company data
Step 2: Email your backup files to us at "support@busy.in"
Step 3: Attach a password reset request on your company’s letterhead with your Serial No., Contact Name, and Contact No. This will help us to verify your identity and process your request faster.
Step 4: We will send your data back after reset password As soon as possible.

Can you explain the full process of sending a PDF bill to a customer directly from the BUSY app?

BUSY provides an application named as BNS, which allow you to have notification or can share invoices to other application user also. To share invoices through BNS, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open Invoice or report you want to share
Step 2: Use BNS button on top or press ATL+Y in your keyboard
Step 3: Select format
Step 4: Mention register contact no. and Click on OK button

To enable SMS notifications for e-Way bill generation and cuts in BUSY, you need to configure the BUSY Notification Service (BNS)app for the same as follows: 
Step 1: Download & install the BUSY BNS app from the Play Store and App Store.
Step 2: Register it with your mobile no.
Step 3: Now, send a notification from BUSY to open any voucher.
Step 4: Then click on print then select BUSY BNS.
Step 5: Then mention BUSY BNS regd. mobile no. & then check.

How do I take a backup of my data in BUSY before making any changes to the templates?

We can take backup and restore the same from company menu.
For Backup follow the below step
Step 1:- Go to Company menu
Step 2:- Backup data
Step 3:- Select company
Step 4:- Mention user name and password of company
Step 5:- Sepecify path for backup
Step 6:- Select financial year for backup(Single or All).

If same company already exits in list of company then it will ask for rewrite backup data on existing data. Select as per need (Yes or No)

How can I enable audit trails and track changes to bills and payments in BUSY?

To enable User Activity Log & Audit Trail in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the General tab.
Step 3: You need to set Y for the options named Maintain Audit Trail and Enable User Activity Log.
Please note User Activity Log feature is not available in Basic Edition of BUSY.

How do I change the outbound caption in BUSY?

To change the outbound caption in BUSY, you need to go to the settings page. The settings page allows you to modify the caption for outbound documents.
1. Open your company in BUSY.
2. Configure the required Voucher Series Configuration fields.
3. Modify the fields and appearance to meet your needs; you can change captions by using the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C.
4. Save your configuration and then reopen the voucher entry screen.
5. These changes make the neccessary changes in your voucher entry screen

To enable notifications for BUSYbns and send notification to party when bill is made follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: Click on voucher series configuration select voucher type and voucher series.
Step 3: In party master mention the mobile number.
Step 4: Select voucher configuration and enable send notification to BUSYbns after saving and save.
Step 5: In transaction when you save bill pop up will come to send notification to party or press CTRL + Y to send BUSYbns notification.

1. Check your internet connection and ensure it is stable.
2. Restart your device and try transferring the files again.
3. Update the BUSY app to the latest version available.

In BUSY, you can receive notification on BUSY bns app regarding voucher creation and modification. You need to follow the below steps to configure for notification in BUSY data:
Step 1: Go to the Administration then click on configuration option and select features and option tab.
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Event Notification
Step 4: Mention the mobile number to receive notification then update the event, condition and users.
Step 5: Now, save the configuration and download BUSY bns on mobile to receive notification.
