RTE-481 while taking backup from BUSY agent to fix this issue follow this process 
1. Told to remove BUSYagent.bds file from BUSY agent folder 
2. then start BUSY agent again 
to calculate auto sync process in buys follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. then open features and options click on general tab
3. enabled BDEP id option 
4. create new BDEP id and save, then click on cloud sync option and save configuration 
5. after that you can get cloud sync option in data export/import.

To run BUSY Agent properly on a new system, you follow these steps:
 Step 1: Ensure that you have download the latest setup from our official website.
 Step 2: Install the setup in the BUSYwin folder where the BUSY application installed.
 Step 3: Enough space available in drives to run BUSY Agent smoothly.
 Step 4: Connect to a stable and reliable internet connection to backup your data on Google Drive.
 Step 5: Make sure your antivirus or firewall not remove the BUSY Agent application from the background running applications.

 Please follow the below steps to install BUSY Agent:
 1: Open BUSY
 2: Click on download BUSY agent from company menu
 3: Install in BUSY drive & folder is already installed 
 make sure when you install BUSY agent then BUSY should be closed

If you want to configure backup for local then you need to follow some steps:
Step 1:Open your BUSY agent and click on backup configuration local.
Step 2: Now specify the path after enable the Option Create Backup on local Drive where you want to take autobackup.
Step 3: Now click on Backup Schedule and select days and timmiings for backup and save the configuration.
Step 4: click on Backup configuration Google Drive and then disable Create backup on Google Drive.
Step 5: Now click on Add to Startup Option to auto backup

In the system, Open the backup files folder which has been set for the BUSYagent automatic backup. 
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Data restoration :
 Step 1: Click on Company Menu
 Step 2: Then Restore data
 Step 3: Specify the backup folder path in which have backup files of the data and restore it with Overwrite NO. Overwrite option will only show if we have data in BUSY with the same company. After overwrite, the new company will get create instead of overwriting the existing company.

To set up and configure automated backups in BUSY Agent, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY Agent on your computer.
 Step 2 : Click on the Backup Now option.
 Step 3 : If there is no backup configured, you can set the backup time as per your preference.
 Step 4 : If there is already a backup configured, it will automatically run at the scheduled time.
 Step 5 : Make sure that BUSY Agent is running in the background for the automated backups to work properly.

In BUSY Agent, we have a option to set time for data sync from BUSY to Mobile App. In that time interval data get auto sync .
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Software 
 Step 2: Company Menu
 Step 3: Download BUSYAgent
 Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed
 Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon
 Step 6: Click on Cloud Sync Configuration
 Step 7: Enable the automatic incremental sync
 Step 8: Mention the time interval for syncing data.

BUSY Agent can update the latest version from the www.busy.in site or from BUSY itself from company menu then click on download BUSY agent. It is an tool which is used to take data backup on Local Drive and Google Drive on scheduled time.

 Step 3: Download BUSYAgent 
 Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed 
 Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon

To integrate BUSY Agent with Google Drive, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY Agent application and configure the General Configuration.
 Step 2: Next, click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and then Authorize.
 Step 3: Now default browser will open where you can grant permission to access BUSY Agent for Google drive.
 Step 4: Finaly you can schedule backup timming and save the configuration.
 Now, your data will be backed up on Google Drive at the scheduled time.

Some possible causes of backup data not being completed in BUSY Agent are:
 1. There is not enough space available in your local drive or Google Drive to store the backup files. You need to clear some space before taking the backup.
 2. The internet connection is disconnected while taking the backup on Google Drive. You need to have a stable and fast internet connection to backup your data on the cloud.
 There may be other factors that affect the backup process depending on the situation.
