BUSY has option to take backup either on local drive or google drive so make sure your system is secure with antivirus so no malware attack on drive and on google drive set two step verification so that no one can login your gmail id.

After updating my email and password, why am I not receiving the expected backup email in BUSY?

BUSY Agent can only send you backup notifications via email, not backup files. Further if not receiving notifications even after update it then first click on the Check Email Setting to send test mail. If not sending the re check your id and password.

Can't access BUSY Agent; it asks for a license key or activation. What should I do?

BUSY Agent read license from the BUSY application and when you open BUSY Agent it wont ask any license.
