Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY Software is installed.
Step 3: After the installation is complete, Open it and configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration ( Local Drive ) and specify the backup path and schedule the backup timming.

Step 6: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.

For Taking Auto Backup of the data you can use BUSYAgent Utility which allows to take backup on Local system and on Google Drive as per the spefied intervals:
Step 1 : Download and Install the BUSYAgent through our site www.busy.in go to resource and downloads
Step 2 : Open BUSYAgent and go to General Configuration
Step 3 : Specify data location as per access or SQL
Step 4 : Go to Backup Configuration for Local and specify the folder path of your local drive and specify the interval for backup schedule
Step 5 : Now go to Backup Configuration for google drive and specify your gmail ID
Step 6 : Configure the interval for backup schedule
Step 7 : Save the settings and check the backup through Backup now Tab.
Further, for taking manual backup then you can refer to the steps below:
1. Go to Company menu
2. Click on Backup Data
3. Select Company and specify Username and Password
4. Specify the folder location where you require to take the backup
5. Select all the F.Y. and Press OK.
BUSY doesn't have any option to take automatic backup.
