To run BUSY Agent Application in the background always, you can Add to Startup. This way, it will open and minimize automatically when you turn on your system.

If you BUSY Agent closed accidently then reopen it by clickin on that icon and make sure it always be minimized. Also add to startup this application.
What might cause the BUSY Agent app to fail to open while running in the background?
If BUSY Agent is running in the background then you can't open it again you need to open it from the minimized apps showing on the taskbar.
How do I check if my data and files are getting backed up online from BUSY?
We can check in the backup folder which has been specified by you as per your requirement in BUSY Agent for backup in Local or Google Drive.
Is there a storage limit on the backups saved to Google Drive from BUSY?
When we save backup on google drive then space should be available in the google drive. The BUSY software doesnot provide any limit for google drive backup.
