How often does automatic backup occur in BUSY, and how can I customize the schedule?

 BUSY doesn't have any option to take automatic backup.
Further you can use BUSY Agent application to schedule automatic backup.
To set it up, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY Software is installed.
Step 3: After the installation is complete, Open it and configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration ( Local Drive ) and specify the backup path and schedule the backup timming.
Step 5: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
Step 6: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.
Now, your data will be backed up on Local Drive & Google Drive at the scheduled time.

The automated backup is not happening at the scheduled time. What should I check?

 If BUSY Agent not taking backup automatically on the scheduled time, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Keep BUSY Agent running in the background. Do not close the application window.
Step 2: Check the available space on your Local Drive and Google Drive and clear some space if needed.
Step 3: Update BUSY Agent to the latest version from the official website.
Step 4: If you have trouble backing up a specific company, try backing it up on your local drive first and see if the problem persists.
Step 5: Check your antivirus or firewall settings and make sure they are not blocking BUSY Agent Application from accessing the internet or other resources.
Step 6: Run BUSY Agent as an administrator by right-clicking on the application icon and selecting “Run as administrator".
Step 7: Check after reinstall BUSY Agent application.
