Step 2. Choose Voucher series Configuration and select the sales series you want to configure for email settings after saving an invoice.
Step 3. After selecting the series, click on the Voucher Configuration button.
Step 4. Enable the Send E-Mail after saving option by selecting Y and then click Save to save the configuration.
Step 5. Create an invoice by going to the Sales option under the Transaction menu.
Step 6. Save the invoice, and BUSY will prompt you to send an email.
Step 7. Click Yes to send the email to the customer.
Step 8. Choose the email format you want to use, and click the Email button to send the email to the customer.
