I need to email an invoice created in BUSY. What should I do?
If you want to send invoices through email from BUSY,then first you need to configure your email settings in BUSY. Here are the steps to do that:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc.
Step 3: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.

Step 3: After completing the configuration, open the invoice that you want to send and click on the Email button or press ALT+M. You can enter the receipient’s email address in the To field and click on Send.
How to email an invoice to a customer directly from BUSY?
You can send email and invoice to the customers directly from BUSY
Please follow the given to configure email
Step 1 Go on administration menu
Step 2 Click on configuration then email configuration
Step 3 Select here email option
Step 4 If you want to send from outlook email then just tick outlook option and save it
Step 5 If you want to send from another email, then mention SMTP SERVER and other details to configure it
Step 6 Go on administration then configuration
Step 7 Click on voucher series configuration
Step 8 Select voucher type then series from which you want to send email
Step 9 Click on voucher configuration
Step 10 Enable the option SEND EMAIL AFTER SAVING
Step 11 Now create voucher and check email sending
How can I resolve errors when sending emails from BUSY?
If you want to diagnose problems with sending email then follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to Administration Menu then click on Configuration
Step 2. Now click on Email configuration and Verify that the server name is correctly set as smtp.gmail.com. If you are using Gmail account.
Step 3. Also verify that two step factor authenticaiton is enabled in your Gmail account.
Step 4. Alternatively you can generate a new App specific password in your gmail account and input it into the
password field in BUSY.
Step 5. Check your antivirus, firewall, or Windows Defender, as they might be blocking your account.
Step 6. Ensure you have an active and stable internet connection.
Step 7. Exclude BUSY21.exe files from antivirus.
Step 8. Exclude BUSYwin folder from antivirus.
How can I email invoices directly from BUSY to my customers?

Step 2: Ensure that tick on the PDF Attachmen.
Step 3: May be the antivirus settings blocked the BUSY application to send PDF or access the internet connetion.
Step 4: The BUSY is not running as an administrator mode which cause any permission error
