1 go to administaration menu and click on configuration then click on email configuration
2 then check the mail id you provide in setting is correct or not if its correct then you need
to generate app password
3 open gmail account setting and click on security setting then enable two step verification
4 search app password and open it then select the option other and type BUSY in app name and
click on generate
5 copy the password and paste it on BUSY mail password and save then click on test setting to
confirm its working proper or not

How do I export and email my bills from BUSY to head office
In BUSY, We have to do the Email Configuration for sending invoice to the customer.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configurations
Step 3: Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select Attachment as per your requirement
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From Option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID.
Step 8: Open the Delivery Challan voucher
Step 9: Click on Email Option.
Note : Generate the Email ID password for BUSY from Security Setting of Gmail and Yahoo ID.
For Export Invoice : Click on Export then select PDF.

To send daily reports via email in BUSY, the email configuration needs to be set up. To set it up Gmail Id follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Email Configuration.
Step 3: Click on Send Directly choose Send Reports options as required.
Step 4: Specify smtp.gmail.com in SMTP Server then mention your gmail id in User Name.
Step 5: You need to create App Password from your google account. You can check our document available for how to create it.
Step 6: Now, click on Test Account Settings for sending a test mail then save the configuration.
