I am unable to send emails from BUSY. What steps should I take to resolve this problem?

To resolve issues with sending invoices or reports from BUSY, you can try the following steps:
Step:1. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.
Step:2. Verify that you have entered the correct email address of the recipient.
Step:3. Make sure that your email settings in BUSY are configured correctly i.e you have enabled the 2 step verification and generated the app password from your email account and copy paste it in the BUSY software.
Step:4. Check if there are any error messages or notifications related to invoice sending.
Step:5. Restart the software and try sending the invoice again.
Step:6. If the issue persists, contact BUSY customer support for further assistance.

I am not able to email invoices and purchase orders directly from the software anymore. How can I resolve this?

If you are unable to mail invoices from BUSY, follow the steps below to resolve it:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Click on Email Configuration.
Step 3: Check if the Username and SMTP server name have the same extension.
Step 4: Enter the Test Account Settings and check if it sends successfully. If not, log in to your email account.
Step 5: Go to Manage your Google account in case of having Gmail.
Step 6: Click on Security and 2-step verification.
Step 7: Generate a new App password and input it in the Email configuration's Password field, then check.
Step 8: If the issue still persists, contact customer support for further assistance.

How do I print or email a credit/debit note created in BUSY?

If you want to print or email Credit / Debit Note from BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: To print a Credit / Debit Note from BUSY, you need to open tha voucher and click on the Print button or press ALT+P. Then, you need to select your format and printer driver and click on print.
Step 2: To email an Credit / Debit Note from BUSY, you need to open the voucher and click on the Email button or press ALT+M. Then, you need to select your format and enter the email id of the recipient and click on send.
Make sure Email configuration should be done for sending email from BUSY.

What is the process to create an e-mail ID in BUSY?

For Email ID and Email send from BUSY please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Configration
Step 3:- Email Configration
Step 4:- Enter Id of your mail and SMTP server name for example for Gmail Id SMTP server name SMTP.GMAIL.COM .

Process to send a tax invoice to a client via email directly from BUSY?

To send a tax invoice to a client via email directly from BUSY, you can follow the given steps:
Step 1: Click on administration option
Step 2: Then click on configuration option
Step 3: Then Select Email Configuration
Step 4: Configure Email Configuration.
Step 6: After configuration come to invoice which you want to mail to client.
Step 7: Then click on the E mail button.
Step 8: Enter the client mail in the recipient field then send.

How do I customize the invoice header and template in BUSY?

To customize the invoice header and template in BUSY there are the following steps :
Step 1. Go to the Administration menu and select Configuration.
Step 2. Click on Invoice Document Printing, and then choose Advanced Option.
Step 3. Expand the Invoice type and select the format where you want to change the
header or other parts of the invoice.
Step 4. Click on the Header button, and specify the command as needed. Then, click Save to save your changes.
Step 5. Now Print your invoice by going to the Sale option under the Transaction Menu, and you'll see the new changes in the header part of the format.

I am unable to configure my email in BUSY. What steps should I follow?

To configure for sending email from BUSY you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc. You can watch the video tutorial by clicking on the play button on the right corner for more guidance.
Step 3: you need to create third party app password and mention in BUSY.
Step 4: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.
Step 5: Once you have configured your email settings, you can send invoices and documents via email from BUSY.

How do I generate/reset my email ID in BUSY?What is the process to renew my BLS? When should I renew it?

To reset your email id in BUSY for sending invoice or reports via email, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Email Configuration and here you can reset your email id.
Step 3: If you have gmail id then you have to create App password from your Gmail account.
You can renew your BUSY License Subscription (BLS) by contacting your authorized channel partner. Alternatively, I can transfer your call to our representative who will guide you through the process.
Please note that you should renew your BLS before it expires to enjoy uninterrupted BLS services such as e-way bill and e-invoice generation, etc.
