I changed Email password in BUSY recently and now Email is not working in BUSY. How can i correct this?

If Email configuration is not working due to change of the password then 
follow the given step
Step1: Open your mail which you entered in user name.
Step2: Do left click on your profile pic then select manage google account
Step3: Select security option then select search option
Step4: Type app password and select it from dropdown list
Step5: Then enter BUSY in app name and generate app password
Step6: Enter this password in Email configuration of the BUSY.

What should I check if Outlook SMTP settings are correct, but emails aren't reaching Gmail recipients from BUSY?

If your email are not receving in Gmail inbox via outlook and outlook express then please follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to Administration Menu
Step 2. Then click on Configuration
Step 3. Now click on Email configuration
Step 4. Verify that the Email sending option set as send through Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
Step 5. Also verify that your outlook or outlook express is working properly.
Step 7. Check your antivirus, firewall, or Windows Defender, as they might be blocking your account.
Step 8. Ensure you have an active and stable internet connection.
Step 9. Exclude BUSY21.exe files from antivirus.
Step 10. Exclude BUSYwin folder from antivirus.

Resolving issues where invoices are not automatically emailed to distributors in BUSY and troubleshooting the problem?

If invoices are not automatically emailed to distributors in BUSY then 
please follow the given step
Step 1: Go the administration
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Then email configuration
Step 4: Then configure Distributior email and finance department email in the BCC field
Step 5: Then while sending email both email will be auto populated in the bcc field.
Step 6: Then email will be sent to customer as well as to the distribution and finance
department.

The email sending is very slow even though internet speed is fine. How can I improve the performance?

If email sending is slow despite having a good internet connection, you can try the following steps to improve performance:
Step 1. Check your antivirus and firewall settings to ensure they are not causing delays or exclude the BUSYwin folder from antivirus.
Step 2. Check BUSY Compatibility And run as an administrator wise.
Step 3. A stable connection is crucial for fast email sending.
Step 4. Check the offline email from utilities option under administration menu for any unsent emails. If there are many, it can slow down email sending. Delete or send these emails to speed up the process.
Step 5. Large attachments can slow down email sending.

What steps should I follow to configure email in BUSY?

We can send invoice through email directly from BUSY. We have to configure the Email details in BUSY.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configurations
Step 3: Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select Attachment as per your requirement
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID.
Note : Generate the Email ID password for BUSY from Security Setting of Gmail and Yahoo ID.

Resolve two-step verification issues in Email?

Step 1: Login to your gmail
Step 2: Then click left button of mouse after horrowing you curson on your profile pic
Step 3: Then select the manage google account setting
Step 4: Then select security option given on the right side

To link your email id with BUSY software. We have to configure the Email details in BUSY.
