To email configuration in BUSY,below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select email configuration now mention the smtp server name, email id in username, app password generated thourgh gmail id.
Step 3: Then mention the your name in from and mention your mail id in reply to option then click on save button.
Step 4: Go to Transaction and Modify then open the voucher click on the mail option and mention the customer's mail ID if you have mentioned the mail ID in party master it'll pick from there then click on the Send option.
How do I configure BUSY to email invoices directly when printing?

Step 1: Make sure Digital signature must be installed and configured in BUSY.
Step 2: Select transaction then sale option and select list from dropdown.
Step 3: Select voucher which you want to sign and email from the list
Step 4: Then press email button then turn apply digital signature on and Press email button

What is the process for configuring mail services like Gmail and Outlook in BUSY?
You can configure the Email details in BUSY.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurations
Step 3: Then Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select the Attachment as per your requirement
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID.
Note : Generate the Email ID password for BUSY from Security Setting of Gmail ,Yahoo ID and Outlook.
How do I email or print a bill I created?How do I correct a mistake on a bill I already generated?
To print or email a created bill from BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Transaction menu and choose the voucher type that you want to print or email, such as Sales, Purchase, etc.
Step 2: Click on Modify and open the voucher.
Step 3: Click on Print button or press ALT+P and select the format then print
Step 4: Click on Email button or press ALT+M and enter the receipient id in To field the send.
Step 5: You can open the voucher from the voucher list or from the releated ledger.
Please ensure that email configuration is done in your company before sending email.
I want to test that i am able to send email from BUSY Software. How can i do this?
If you want to test that you are able to send the email from BUSY then please
follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to the administration menu
Step 2: Then configuration
Step 3: Then Email configuration
Step 4: Enter the all required Field and then Click on the test account setting button
Step 5: If it is showing sent succesfully then you are supposed to be able to send the mail
from BUSY

If you want to add multiple email account in BUSY then sorry there is no option to configure multiple
account in email configuration further if you want to send email on multiple email then please
follow then given steps
Step 1: Select the to field and enter the email address of receipient
Step 2: To add multiple email enter the semi colon between the mail and enter
Step 3: Then send.

To configure the email header and sender name in BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY and go to the "Configuration" menu.
2. Select "Email Configuration" from the options.
3. In the Email Configuration window, click on the "Header/Footer" tab.
4. Here, you can customize the email header by adding your desired text or logo.
5. To change the sender name, go to the "Sender Details" tab.
6. Enter the desired sender name in the "Name" field.
7. Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.

How do i set up my gmail id in BUSY?
To set up your gmail id in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration tab.
Step 2: Select configuration and click on email configuration.
Step 3: Click on send directly and choose send reports options as required.
Step 4: Specify smtp.gmail.com in SMTP Server then mention your gmail id in User Name.
Step 5: You need to create App Password from your google account. You can check our document available for how to create it.
Step 6: Now, click on Test Account Settings for sending a test mail then save the configuration. Now your BUSY is ready to send invoices or reports via email.
