How can I email a report from BUSY?

To email a report from BUSY you can follow these given steps :
Ensure that you have correctly configured your email settings in the BUSY email
configuration.
Step 1. Go to Display and click on the report which you wants to send it through email.
Step 2. Now open the report and click on the Email button located at the top row of the
report or press ALT+M.
Step 3. In the To section, enter the email address or let BUSY automatically pick it if
defined in the account master.
Step 4. Now Click the Send button to send the report.

In BUSY, you can add more text to the footer section by customize the invoice format through HTML coding by following the steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration, then click on Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Invoice/Document Printing and choose the Advance option.
Step 3: Click on Sales voucher type and then select the required sales format.
Step 4: Now,You can add more text in footer by through HTML coding

Is there a setting I need to enable to restore automatic PDF invoice emails in BUSY?

No such configuration to restore PDF from email in BUSY. Further you can export invoice in PDF. To export invoice in PDF, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Open the invoice in modify mode that you want to export to PDF from BUSY.
Step 2: Click on the Print button or press ALT+P on your keyboard to open the print window.
Step 3: Select the printing format that you prefer and click on the Export button.
Step 4: Choose PDF as the Data Format and select the location where you want to save the PDF file.
Step 5: Click on the OK button to export your invoice to PDF.

How to Resolving issues where the software does not allow sending emails even after configuring email settings in BUSY and troubleshooting the problem?

When software doesnot allow to send the email after the email configuration.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure that you have done the email configuration properly in BUSY.
Step 2: Go to the email configuration then click on test account settings option if the configuration are proper then it will show sent successfully.
Step 3: Check the Internet connection should be proper.
Step 4: In the email configuration, check by changing the port 465 ,571 and 25.
Step 5: If the antivirus is blocking the BUSY application then exclude BUSY in the antivirus.

I want to email an invoice directly to a customer from the software. How can I do this?

To email an invoice directly to a customer from the BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step1. Open the BUSY and go to the invoice section.
Step2. Create or select the invoice you want to email.
Step3. Look for the option to Email or Send the invoice.
Step4. Click on that option and a new window or dialog box will appear.
Step5. Enter the customer's email address in the filed
Step6. Add a subject and any additional message if needed.
Step7. Review the invoice and make sure all the details are correct.
Step8. Click on the Send or Email button to send the invoice directly to the customer's email address.
