What is the process for setting up email sending in BUSY?
The process for email settings in BUSY. Pls Follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configurations
Step 3: Then Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select the Attachment as per your requirement
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID.
Note : Generate the Email ID password for BUSY from Security Setting of Gmail and Yahoo ID.
How can I check if the auto emailing of invoices to distributors is configured correctly?
To check if the auto email invoices to distributors is configured properly or not, you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Voucher Series Configuration and choose the voucher type.
Step 3: Choose the voucher series then click on Voucher Configuration. Here you will see an option called Send E-Mail After Saving.
Step 4: It should be Y and click on Configure and verify that the option Sent to Party is set to Y.
Further you can also create a test invoice and check the email option is appearing or not after save.
Why am I unable to see the email configuration settings for invoices in BUSY?
If you are unable to see the email configuration setting for invoices in BUSY then please follow the
given steps
Step 1: Make sure you are using standard of enterprise version because in Basic it is not
Available.
Step 2: Then please make sure log in with the super user.
Step 3: If loged in with sub user then reach out to your admin to give right of email
configuration.

Is there any issue in BUSY or internet connection while sending Email from BUSY?
To varify that where the issue either in Email configuration in BUSY or internet connection, you can check the following details mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on configuration.
Step 2: Then go to Email configuration and check if it is configured properly with correct smtp server and correcr email Id.
Step 3: Check if there is any antivirus in your system, then you have to exclude BUSY from that antivirus.
Step 4: Check after disabling window firewall from the control panel of your system.
Step 5: If the same problem exist then you have to check after chaging the internet connected on your system.
How to check and troubleshoot email configurations and server settings in BUSY ERP?
You can check and troubleshooting while doing email configuration
Please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on administration menu
Step 2 Click on configuration then email configuration
Step 3 Select here email sending option as per your email
Step 4 Fill the details in server configuration carefully
Step 5 Mention SMTP Server of email id you are using
Step 6 Mention port number as per email
Step 7 Click on Test Account Setting and check email sending or not

Why am I unable to send emails from the registered mail ID in BUSY?
When you are not able to send the email from your registered Id to the customer.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure that you have done the email configuration properly in BUSY.
Step 2: Go to the email configuration then click on test account settings option if the configuration are proper then it will show sent successfully.
Step 3: Check the Internet connection should be proper.
Step 4: In the email configuration, check by changing the port 465 ,571 and 25.
Step 5: If the antivirus is blocking the BUSY application then exclude BUSY in the antivirus.
What is the procedure to generate an app password for my email ID?
To generate an app password for your email ID, you need to
Step 1 : Log in to your email account
Step 2 : And go to the security settings.
Step 3 : Look for the option of two-step verification and enable it if it's not already enabled.
Step 4: Then, find the option to generate app passwords and select it.
Step 5 : Choose the app and device for which you want to generate the app password.
Step 6 : Once generated, copy the app password and paste it in the password field of your email configuration in the desired application or software.
I have pasted the app password in BUSY but emails are still not sending . what could be the issue?
If you have pasted the app password in BUSY but still emails are not sending then please follow
the given steps
Step 1: Re check the details you have entered in the email configuration are correctly entered.
Step 2: Re generate the app password and paste it again.
Step 3: Make sure internet connected and working fine.
Step 4: Give full access to the BUSY in the antivirus through firewall setting.

Adding customer/Account /Party email IDs to their accounts for direct emailing in BUSY and Email Configuration option not being visible?
If you are unable to find the email option it indicates that you are using BUSY basic model. To know the model
follow the steps.
Step 1. Open BUSY software then you will get an pop -up window for security checking. In this pop-up you will
know the model of BUSY. If your BUSY model is basic model then there is no provision for email configuration.
Step 2. Then upgrade your basic model to standard or enterprise model. For upgrade your BUSY model then i am
