In BUSY, SMTP server error code 114 occurs when attempting to send an email if either the username or password provided is incorrect.To resolve the error follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, click on Configuration, and select Email Configuration option.
Step 2: Verify the email ID mentioned in Username. If it is incorrect, correct it.
Step 3: If the username is correct, check the password. If the password is incorrect, generate a BUSY app password from your email ID and specify it in BUSY.
