BUSY provides an application named as BNS, which allow you to have notification or can share invoices to other application user also. To share invoices through BNS, follow below steps:
 Step 1: Open Invoice or report you want to share
 Step 2: Use BNS button on top or press ATL+Y in your keyboard
 Step 3: Select format
 Step 4: Mention register contact no. and Click on OK button
 BNS application works on Android and IOS, you require to install and register it with your contact

Sorry, there is no email log in BUSY to see the delivery report further you can 
 check offline email report follow the given steps
 Step 1: Select Administration then
 Step 2: Select Utilities then
 Step 3: Selct offline email sms option to see the saved email which has not sent yet.

To Add Email Id's in Party master name then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Go to Administration meu and select Masters option 
 Step 3. After selection of Masters click on Add Accounts option
 Step 4. At the time of Add Accounts, Enter the details such as . Address,GST NO,Email,Contact No and etc. then 
 click on save button to save the details.
 Step 5. If you wants to send Email to on multiple Ids then you need to use SEMI-COLON ( ; ).

If you cannot see the Email Configuration option in BUSY, you may need to check two things:
 1. The model of BUSY that you are using. The Basic model does not have the option, so you may need to upgrade to a higher model, such as Standard or Enterprise.
 2. The permissions that you have to access all the features. You may not have the rights to configure email so you may need to contact your administrator or supervisor to grant you the access.

If you changed password in your mail id you need to generate app password again. Please follow below mention steps for generate password from email:-
 Step 1:- Login Email
 Step 2:- Settings
 Step 3:- All settings
 Step 4:- Other google account settings
 Step 5:- Securities, generate password for app select other and enter BUSY and then generate password copy and paste password in BUSY email configration.

In BUSY, You can mention the below smtp servers for your required email Id :
 SMTP Server Name and Port Number :
 For Gmail : smtp.gmail.com and port number should be 465 or 561
 For Yahoo : smtp.mail.yahoo.com and port number should be 465 or 561
 For Outlook : smtp.live.com and port number should be 465 or 25
 If you have any other email Id or domain Id then can check on google or can contact to the email id provider.

To use your email account in a third party application, you need to generate an App password that is specific to your email domain. The steps to do this may vary depending on your email provider. You can check the security settings in your email account or consult your IT professional for guidance.

For changing email Id in BUSY. Please follow below mention steps for checking email configration:-
 Step 1:- Administration Tab
 Step 2:- Configration
 Step 3:- Email Configration, check SMTP server details and id and generate password for BUSY app from google settings then securities set generate password and enter in BUSY. SMTP server is different for different domains like for Gmail its SMTP.GMAIL.COM

Two-step verification is an extra layer of security for BUSY email. It requires users to provide two forms of identification to access their account, typically a password and a unique verification code sent to their mobile device. This helps protect against unauthorized access and enhances account security.
 Reason for 2 step verfication is that gmail does not allow any third party to send mails directly so they generate app password and that password can be mentioned in the BUSY to send email.

To resolve error code 3 when attempting to send emails from BUSY, you can try the following steps:
 1. Check your email configuration settings to ensure they are correct.
 2. Verify that the SMTP server address is entered correctly.
 3. Make sure that the remote host is resolved and accessible.
 4. Double-check your username and password for the email account.
 5. Test the email configuration by sending a test email.
 6. If the issue persists, contact BUSY support for further assistance.
