If you want to check that your email send successfully then follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to Administration menu
Step 2. Then click on configuration
Step 3. Now click on Email Configuration.
Step 4. Now click on Test Account Setting button on the Email configuraton page then you will get an popup message
Confirming of Email sent successfully will appear.
How can email configuration be done in BUSY?
To email configuration in BUSY,below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select email configuration now mention the smtp server name, email id in username, app password generated thourgh gmail id.
Step 3: Then mention the your name in from and mention your mail id in reply to option then click on save button.

BUSY does not have a built-in feature to send emails from multiple company accounts. However, you can configure BUSY to send emails from a single email account by setting up email settings in the software. If you want to send emails from multiple company accounts, you would need to manually switch the email account settings each time before sending an email.

Yes, it is possible to send ledger report via email in BUSY.follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display and click on accounts books.
Step 2: Open account ledger report and sent via email on top option or press Alt + M.
Step 3: Or simply press Alt + L open account ledgerand sent via email on top option or press Alt + M.
How can I resolve errors while sending invoices in BUSY?
If issue is coming while sending invoice to the customer through email via sms via whatsapp, then Pls follow the below steps:
Step 1:Make sure that the configuration has been done in BUSY should be proper.
Step 2: Internet Connectivity should be proper
Step 3: Exclude the BUSY in the Antivirus so that antivirus will not block the BUSY software.

Step 1:- Print/Email/Sms Menu
Step 2:- Invoice Document
Step 3:- Select particulat voucher type like sales, purchage etc. option
Step 4 : Select party and specify date range
Step 5 : Select the Print .

Step 1 : It is recommended to check the email configuration and ensure that the settings are correct. Step 2 : Additionally, make sure that the email addresses of the customers are entered correctly and Step 3 : There are no issues with the email server or internet connection.
