Currently, BUSY does not have the feature to send both the e-invoice PDF and QR code in one email. The e-invoice PDF and QR code need to be sent separately.

When you configure email in BUSY, you have to follow a text character limit for the header and footer. The maximum number of characters you can enter is 250.

Yes, web based reporting option has been removed and now we have multiple options for sending invoice or documents. These options are email, whatsapp, sms and BUSY BNS.
Why am I unable to see the option to generate an app password for my email ID in BUSY?
If the option of generating the app password not showing in the security option in manage my google account need to check that 2 step verification is enable.
