Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: SMS Configuration
Step 4: Mention the SMS API which purchase from API Vendor
Step 5: SMS Configuration will be done from Dealer end.
Step 6: During Voucher Saving, we can send sms to the customers.

Step 1 : create a new format named "BUSY SMS" and specify the desired body text.
Step 2 :Then, in the page settings, select the SMS format and save the configuration.
Step 3 : When sending the SMS, make sure to select the standard format instead of the custom format.

To locate the API configuration settings for SMS and WhatsApp, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Administration' section after opening the company.
Step 2: Access the 'SMS API Configuration' and choose the specific format where you need to modify the API script.
From this point, you can configure the settings for both SMS and WhatsApp APIs according to your requirements.

Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.

Note: Take latest backup of your data before making any changes.

Auto-reminders for payment via SMS in BUSY: setup required for this feature.

There is no auto reminder facility available in BUSY, we can do this mannually after configuring SMS Configuration in BUSY.
