If you want to send inovices via sms from the BUSY then consider the following steps
Step 1. Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2. Then click on Configuration.
Step 3. Now Select the SMS API Configuration option.
Step 4. Add New format to send the messages on Whatsapp from BUSY.
Step 5. Then click on Upload PDF option.
Step 6. Now Input the WhatsApp API into the SMS API field. For API you can use whatsapp.//send?phone=phoneNo&text=message
Step 7. Then Change the parameter name of MOBILE field as phoneNo and MESSAGE field as message. These value are case
sensitive.
Step 8. Click to save button then After configuring Whatsapp API settings when you save the sales invoice BUSY will prompt
you to send the sms. Click the Yes button to proceed with sending the sms on whatsapp with the link of PDF file.
Note- Recipients Mobile number should be entered in the Party Master.

Step 1: Verify that your organization is using the Standard or Enterprise edition of BUSY.
Step 2: Navigate to the Administration Menu-then Configuration-then Email Configuration to Configure Email configuration.
Step 3: Now Navigate to the Administration Menu-then Configuration-then Voucher Series Configuration.
Step 4: Select the specific voucher type for which you want to configure email invoices.
Step 5: Select the desired voucher series related to the chosen voucher type and Click on Voucher Configuration
Step 6: Under the Voucher Configuration settings, locate the option to "Sent Email after saving." and Enable this option to trigger email notifications for the voucher series.
Step 7: Next, specify the format in which you want to send the invoices via email.
Step 8: Save Voucher Configuration.
