How can I share Invoices and reports with my Customers through WhatsApp from BUSY?
You can share Invoices and reports with your customers in BUSY through WhatsApp Below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: For The WhatsApp option, you should have Windows 8 or above and WhatsApp Desktop Version should be Installed in the Desktop.
Step 2: Open the company and click on the Administration menu then sub menu Configuration Afterwards click on the SMS configuration option.
Step 3: The Whatsapp API is whatsapp://send?phone=phoneNo&text=message that you have to mention in the SMS API option under the SMS Configuration.
Step 4: Go to Transaction and Modify then open the voucher click on the SMS option and mention the customer's Whatsapp number if you have mentioned the Whatsapp number in party master it'll pick from there then click on the Send option.
Step 5: Through this, the Customer will get the link in WhatsApp with a Text message.
Step 6: If you want to send a PDF Directly in WhatsApp or also Customize the text format then you can contact from Authorised Channel partner on a chargeable basis.

I am unable to send PDFs or files through WhatsApp. What could be causing this issue?
If you are encountering difficulties sending PDFs or files via WhatsApp, consider the following steps
Step 1. Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2. Then click on Configuration.
Step 3. Now Select the SMS API Configuration option.
Step 4. Add New format to send the messages on Whatsapp from BUSY.
Step 5. Then click on Upload PDF option.
Step 6. Now Input the WhatsApp API into the SMS API field. For API you can use whatsapp.//send?phone=phoneNo&text=message
Step 7. Then Change the parameter name of MOBILE field as phoneNo and MESSAGE field as message. These value are case
sensitive.
Step 8. Click to save button then After configuring Whatsapp API settings when you save the sales invoice BUSY will prompt
you to send the sms. Click the Yes button to proceed with sending the sms on whatsapp with the link of PDF file.
Note- Recipients Mobile number should be entered in the Party Master.
