How to configure a new mobile no for whatsapp from BUSY
To add a new mobile number for whatsapp from BUSY need to follow these steps:
Step:1 Go to administration and then select configuration from it.
Step:2 Then select sms configuraiton and add a new format and then tick on upload pdf.
Step:3 Then mention the whatsapp API that would be provided by the BUSY customer support team.
Step:4 And make sure to install the whatsapp in the PC and login with the number you want to link.
Step:5 And then send invoices on whatsapp from BUSY by modify option and selecting sms for sending the invoices on whatsapp.
How do I enable Whatsapp feature in BUSY to send invoices or documents?
To configure whatsapp in BUSY for sending invoice or documents, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on SMS API Configuration.
Step 3: Click on Add New Format and enter Whatsapp as format name then save.
Step 4: Enter SMS API as whatsapp://send?phone=phoneno&text=message then type phoneno in Mobile field and message in Message field then save.
Step 5: You also need to install whatsapp desktop version on your system from microsoft store only.
Note: Now your BUSY is read to send invoices or documents via whatsapp.
How can I configure BUSY to send a PDF bill to my customer when they click on a link?
To Configure whatsapp API in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Select SMS configuration option and then create new format in it.
Step 3: Specify whatsapp://send?phone=phoneNo&text=message API in SMS API field and specify phoneNo in Mobile field , Specify message in message field under parameter name.
Step 4: Tick on Upload PDF option display at top of screen and save the configuration. Whatsapp configuration has been done."
Note- Whats app feature not available in Basic (Blue) Model

Step 1 Check the windows installed in system as whatsapp feature in BUSY in compatible for windows 8 or above
Step 2 Check the whatsapp version and it must be desktop version
Step 3 Check whatsapp account should be logged into desktop app and it must be opened in backend
Step 4 Check your internet connection and also check net framework 3.5 or above is installed in your system

To send bills to individual WhatsApp numbers automatically in BUSY, you need to follow these Steps:
Step 1 : Download the desktop version of BUSY
Step 2 : CLick on administration
Step 3 :configuration
Step 4 : SMS Configuration and create a new format.
Step 5 : Select WhatsApp as the channel.
Step 6 : Enter the WhatsApp number where the invoice has to be sent. This will pull the number from the Account Master.
Step 7 : Click on Send SMS to send the invoice to individual whatsapp number
8. The bill will be sent automatically to the specified WhatsApp number.
Directly send invoice PDFs via WhatsApp using BUSY.
To send PDF invoices or bills via WhatsApp from BUSY, you have to follow these Steps :
Step 1 : download and install desktop version of whatsapp
Step 2 : window must be above 10 or above
Step 3 : configure WhatsApp integration in BUSY.
Step 4 : click on administration
Step 5 : configuration
Step 6 : sms condifuration
Step 7 : create a new format, select WhatsApp,
Step 8 : enter the WhatsApp number of the customer

If the WhatsApp integration feature isn't working, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
a. Use Windows 10 or a version above.
b. Ensure your Windows is genuine.
c. Check your internet connection for stability.
d. Verify the correct entry of API keys for WhatsApp integration.
e. Confirm that .NET Framework 3.5 or above is installed.
f. Ensure you have the latest software version Of BUSY & Whatsapp.
g. Check and activate WhatsApp service in system settings.
h. Verify system region setting and time setting.
