Can I adjust the font size in advanced format to appear data smaller in BUSY?
Yes, you can adjust the font size in advanced format by used the printing style fields available in BUSY. To apply font field, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Invoice and Document Printing and choose Advanced option.
Step 3: Select required voucher type then click on add format and specify format name.
Step 4: Now, select the newly created format then select header or footer or body as per choice then you can select the font fields like condensed, CPI12, Font15 or font18 by click on print style tab and choose the required fieds.
Is it possible to mention the name of the bank along with account number and IFSC code in the bank details section of invoices in BUSY?
Yes, it is possible to mention the name of the bank along with account number and IFSC code in the bank details section of invoices in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Open BUSY company
Step 2 : Go to administration then configuration
Step 3 : Invoice/document printing then standard
Step 4 : Select invoice type and open
Step 5 : In bank details section mention bank name with account number and IFSC code and click on save button.
Step 6 : Now whn you print invoice with standard format it will print bank details in invoice print out.
I added some text in the narration field but it shows up at the top in the invoice then how can I move it down?
In the standard format invoice, the narration shows at the top.If you are printing from the design format then you can add the narration field at the bottom of the invoice.
Pls Follow Below Steps :
Step1 : Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Invoice Document printing
Step 4: Then Advanced
Step 5: Then Select the Voucher Type
Step 6: Create Format
Step 7: Click on Footer Part then add the narration field.
Step 8: In Page setting option, mention it details for format.
Note : For New Format & Modification in Design always done on chargeable basis from the Channel Partner.
I want to mention product details like HSN code in the invoices. What do I need to configure for this?

Step 1: Click on Administration Configuration then Click on invoice Document Printing
Step 2: Click on Sateder then Click on Sale Invoice
Step 3: Now Click on Self Configuration beside three dot option
Step 4: in Body items Configuration Windows select the filed which you want enable and if want to remove any filed no of Characters should be zero
Step 5: Noted Total Wedith should be 80 or 96 or 136 for Landsacpe Mode use 158
Step : Save the Configuration
Can I add my company logo and other details to the invoice format?
Yes, you can add your company logo and other details to the invoice format in BUSY. And you can add your company logo. you can follow the below-given steps.
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Invoice or document printing
Step 4: Standard
Step 5: Sales Invoice
Step 6: Enable the "Print logo." Specify "Y" on the checkbox.
Step 7: Specify the image path. [PNG and JPEG images only]
Step 8: Specify the position, height, and width of the image.
Step 9: Print, type, and select "Superimpose."

How can I customize invoices/bills as per my business needs?
By following below steps,you can customize invoices/bills in BUSY as per your business need:
Step 1: Open desired company in BUSY.
Step 2: Go to Administration tab.
Step 3: Then go in Invoice Desining printing Advanced in Configuration option.
Step 4: Then select Voucher type in dropdown list.
Step 5: Then add a new format by selecting add format option.
Then Now can configure desigened format as per your business needs

How do I print an invoice made in BUSY
To print an invoice made in BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY software on your computer.
2. Go to the "Invoicessection or module.
3. Locate the specific invoice you want to print.
4. Click on the invoice to open it.
5. Look for a print icon or a "Printoption within the invoice window.
6. Click on the print icon or select the "Printoption.
7. Choose your printer from the available options.
8. Adjust any print settings if necessary.
9. Click on the "Printbutton to start printing the invoice.
Please note that the exact steps may vary slightly depending on the version of BUSY software you are using.
Why can't I edit the invoice letterhead positioning in BUSY?
In standard format of BUSY for printing we can only define pre print header but cant customise in standrd format.To enable pre print header in page.follow these steps
Step 1 Go to administration and then configuration
Step 2 Go to Invoice document printing and then select standard format
Step 3 Select sales invoice
Step 4 On the right side under header info,enable pre printed header and number of lines to skip and save the configuration
Step 5 Now when you will print invoice,it will leave space for pre printed header on page
Note:To customise format as per need,it is on chargeable basis
Our Ledger printing need to include payment terms. Can I add this in BUSY or do I have to customize it?
if you want to print Payment terms in you ledger printing, then you have to customize your format . for configure you report header format, follow these step :
Step 1: Go to adminstration Menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration option
Step 3: Then click on report header printing
Step 4: Then Click add format and enter name of format and then click on save option.
Step 5: Then select the new format and then click on config button and add payment terms in that format.
Step 6: Then give print of ledger and select new format while give printing of ledger.
Is there a way to modify the sale or sale return format in BUSY and give access rights to everyone?
Yes, it is possible to modify the sale or sale return format in BUSY and give access rights to everyone by using the report customization feature and setting up user rights for different users for that, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration
Step 2 : Invoice/document printing then advanced select sale or sale return and configure new format
Step 3 : Now modify format as per requirement and save.
Step 4 : Now to administration then users go to menu rights then administration
Step 5 : Configuration and tick invoice/document printing.
