If you want to add INR value in sale invoice design format you may follow given steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: From there, click on the Invoice document printing Advance option.
Step 3: Next, click on the voucher type in which you're using the format and then click on the format option.
Step 4: On the right hand side, you all see many options such as Header, Body, and Footer
Step 5: Select the required field from field available and save the format.

Is there a way to display different decimal places on screens vs. printed forms in BUSY?

Yes, there is a way to display different decimal places on screens vs. printed in BUSY.
Through invoice/document designing it is possible as you can specify number of decimal places in document desiging separately
For example: In BUSY, you are using three decimal places then that function is used for screens and same as for standard printing, but if we designed an invoice format with 2 decimal places, and when you print an invoice through designed format then only two decimal places will showing.

I want to customize my print invoices in BUSY. What configuration settings allow customizing invoices?

steps
Step 1: Go to adminstration menu then configuration
Step 2: Then invoice document printing option then standard then list
of voucher type will be shown select in which you want to add
details.
Step 3: Then here you can see the various field for various information just
add details in the respective field or select self configured option
and modify the item body field from here and save.

1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in Invoice/document printing click on Advanced
3. Then select invoice type like sale invoice and select format
4. Then click on page setting and mention number of lines for Header,body and footer
5. Then check field and preview of each element of header,body and footer
Note - copy your design format before make any changes

To modify the customize Sales print format, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section, then click on Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Invoice/Document Printing and choose the Advance option.
Step 3: Select the sales voucher type and then select the required sales format.
Step 4: Now, configure the header, body and footer through HTML coding as per need.

To include the party name, mobile number, mail ID, and pin number in invoice print in BUSY , you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then master select account and click on add mention all details and click on save button.
Step 2 : Now to administration then configuration click on invoice and document pritning select advanced add format and configure or add all party details in header need to print in invoice and save.
