The party name, mobile number, mail ID, and pin number are not showing in the invoice print. How do I include these details?
To include the party name, mobile number, mail ID, and pin number in invoice print in BUSY , you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then master select account and click on add mention all details and click on save button.
Step 2 : Now to administration then configuration click on invoice and document pritning select advanced add format and configure or add all party details in header need to print in invoice and save.
How can I add custom formatting or layouts to my bills or reports? Is there any charge for it?
To customize invoice templates in BUSY, you would need to :

Step 4 : Advanced
Step 5 : Create format
Step 6 : Customize it as needed

What options are available for customizing invoices and other templates in BUSY?
In BUSY, you can customize invoices and other templates. You can customize fields, calculations, and layouts on your invoices. You can also change the font, colors, and alignments of the templates.
Additionally, you can add your company logo and details to the invoices. There are options to customize invoice headers, footers, and even add terms and conditions. You can also create multiple customized invoice templates and preview them before printing.

How do I change the print settings for invoices in BUSY?
To change the print settings for invoice in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Invoice Document Printing and you can select either Standard of Advanced based on your printing format.
Step 3: Here you can select your voucher type and can make necessary changes.
Step 4: For advanced format we suggest you to concern with whom you have customize it.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

What invoice template options does BUSY provide? How to print/email custom invoices?
BUSY provides various templates or formats for printing which are mentioned below.
1. Standard (A4)
2. A5 (Half Page)
3. Slip 3 Inch (GST)
4. Slip 4 Inch (GST)
You can choose one of them while printing invoices according to your requirements.

After saving the sales voucher, when the user prints the sales invoice, the invoice printing window has many options like Print, Preview, Export, Email, SMS and BUSYBNS. After selecting the format, the user can choose the action he wants to perform.
Is it possible to Print Vertical and Horizontal Lines without outer/Border Lines?
In BUSY if users disable the outer/Border line, in that case all lines are removed from design including the line used in the inner part of invoice. But still users can print Horizontal lines only in Invoice using different command lines in advance format.
To print horizontal lines without outer box , Please try the following steps:
Step 1 : Take a backup of your existing invoice format.
Step2 : Usewhere users need to print horizontal lines in format.
While printing from Dot matrix printer design not ejecting after the print
If you are facing issue in ejecting invoice document after the print from dot matrix
printer then follow the steps
1 Go to administration menu and click on configuration then click on hardware
configuration and select printing style as DOS and save
2 then go to invoice document printing option and select advance
3 click on sales and select the format you are printing
4 click on page setting and enable eject invoice after footer printing and save
How can we print invoice in A5 portrait format?
To print the A5 portrait format, you need to design the advance format through HTML coding by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section, then click on Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Invoice/Document Printing and choose the Advance option.
Step 3: Select the required voucher type and click on Add format option to create new format.
Step 4: Now, Click on the newly created format then configure the header, body and footer through HTML coding and prepare the advance format.
How do I handle the situation when the e-way bill number is not showing up in BUSY after generating an invoice?
If E way bill not showing in the invoice printed from BUSY, you need to check these steps:
For Standard format.
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Invoice / Document Printing and choose Standard.
Step 3: Choose the voucher type such as sale, purchase, etc.
Step 4: Click on Voucher optional Fields Configuration and check E way bill no should ticked.
