Is there a way to get customer signatures appearing on sales quotations and invoices generated from BUSY again?

In standard format we have option to print only user signature only, no option to print customer signature. But you can customize your format from your authorized channel partner for the same.

How to resolve the problem of not printing some fileds in the designed format of BUSY.

To resolve the querry of not printing some of the fileds in designed format need to contact to your dealer for that.
Note: Modification in the designed format is chargeable service.

The standard format is a pre designed template that does not allow modification of any field based on specific needs, whereas the advanced format allow customization and designing to fullfill your requirements.

2.click voucher series configuration then sale invoice select series
3.voucher configuration then click item wise description.

What are the different invoice formats available in BUSY?

BUSY has some default invoice formats such as Standard (A4), A5 Half Page, Slip 3 inch and Slip 4 inch. You can also customize the invoice format according to your business needs.

Why are my invoice customizations not appearing correctly when I print the invoices?

If advanced invoice not appearing correctly then the configuration has not done properly. You can contact to the channel partner for proper format designing and will be done on chargeable basis.

Can I add additional information or fields in the invoice in BUSY?

Yes, you can add additional information or fields in BUSY invoice. but you need to customize the invoice format and define the additional fields and information
