Can I customize the challan print format or design in the software?

Yes, it is possible to customize the challan print format or design in BUSY, but it is on a chargeable basis. You can contact an authorized dealer for customization.

How do I tell the challan designing requirement to the dealer?

If you want to design your challan invoice format you need to contact to your dealer and tell your requirements format needec. it will be don on chargeable basis.

How can I customize purchase invoice formats in BUSY?

Bill format options available in BUSY?

BUSY provides some default formats like Standard which is A4 size, A5(half page), Slip 4 inc format.
Apart from that, you can add your own customized format also with BUSY.

Can I customize invoices, reports and other documents in BUSY?How do I migrate data from another accounting software to BUSY?

You can customise invoices,reports other than standard format but it will be on chargeable basis and you can contact to your dealer and charges depends upon the customisation required

What is the procedure to follow in case of delay in format designing after payment is made to the dealer?

The designing process took at least 2-3 days, further you can contact your dealer, they will update you as you made the payment to your dealer of invoice designing.

I want to show the remaining balance due on my printed invoices how can I set this up?

In BUSY's standard format no option to show remaining balance of parties. To print this on your invoice you need customize your invoice format from your authorized channel partner.

How do I add lines or separators between certain fields in purchase orders and invoices in BUSY?

In BUSY, We can add lines or seperators in the advance format of purchase order for the invoices.But in the puchase order we cannot add the lines and seperator.

I want to print formala based price on my invoice. How can i do this?

In standard format there is no provision to mention any formula based price. However if you customize a invoice format then you need to contact them who customize it.

I was told there is no format for a concern letter. Is this true?

Yes in BUSY we have some default design format like A5(Half page),slip 3 inch,slip 4 inch etc,Further you can design format according to your need through your Registered dealer.
